It helped that Pulte has all the people you need throughout the buying and closing processes.

We chose to use their financing and insurance. It was very affordable and easy. We had a problem getting some documents in a timely fashion. Their team was very patient with the process. I believe most other sellers would have pulled the deal but Pulte,/Centex stayed the course. We love our new home and neighborhood. Everyone has been very kind and accommodating.

Get yourself ready, you will be expected to prove that you're responsible with your finances and can continue to pay the mortgage for a long time.

We discovered that the studs are off, some are spaced 25", other studs are 17", makes me wonder how safely the house was built. One of the walls in the backyard can be pulled back and forth. There is a crack in the stucco wall of the house. The hot water values are reversed. Tickets have been submitted but nothing has been doneto fix the issues.

So far so good we love our home we havnt had any issues the buying process was great however we are first time homebuyers everyone involved made this an easy process for us. We are very greatful.

Centex offers a wide variety of attractive floorplans. The fact that they are owned by Pulte Homes was big plus and influenced our decision to purchase since we have previously purchased a new Pulte home.

The construction manager Isaac was awesome and very informative about the home. Very efficient in getting the home ready and ALL finds on the walk corrected.

My general contractor Govany was great. He was super attentive and informative through out the entire process. Any issue or concern my wife or I had he addressed immediately. I am extremely pleased with the entire process.

Govany is my construction Supervisor Rep., and he is FABULOUS and AWESOME. He has been very responsive to the minor issues that I raised when I finally saw my home for the first time (an hour before receiving the keys). He has also been attentive to the follow up needs that I noticed after day to day living in my new home. He is knowledgeable, professional, informative, respectful and just a pleasure to be around. He and Shannon (my WONDERFUL) sales rep., made my Pulte home buying experience a VERY HAPPY and TERRIFIC experience. I was on the opposite side of the country from start to finish. I physically saw my home on the day I was handed the keys. Pulte has a great team and the home buying experience was all I could have hoped it would be. I put a lot of trust in them and they earned every ounce of it. From the initial contract, to my lending team (Rob and Todd, who also went above and beyond like Govany and Shannon) I could not be happier. I’m a first time home buyer and I knew Centex was the perfect choice. My home is well equipped and have not had any problems. I would totally recommend Centex.

Our first home and it’s a new build we love everything about it

The builder was easy to work with. No issues or delays.

All the home buying experience was going very good until the mortgage consultants started questioning and denying the approval literally LAST minute before closing. Of course, I had to meet certain income to qualify and to decrease the debt ratio. In order to get the approval for the house they ONLY told me I needed to pay off a credit card before closing, which I did a couple days prior closing. Since the beginning my income was good and it was approved, they only wanted me to pay off a credit card. Right after I paid off the credit card, the nightmare began. They said they couldn't approve the loan because my income wasn't enough and the only thing I could do in order to get the approval is that I needed a pay raise, which I did get it the same day they asked for it. Well, it wasn't enough for them, I got the pay raise, paid off the credit card but now they wanted me to get rid of my personal vehicle loan, which I also did before closing. They put me against the ropes in a matter of days before closing. They thought I wasn't gonna make it but I did. The sad thing is that they make you feel like everything is good and going because they schedule you to assist to the home orientations, they send emails about how good your process is going and emails or text messages congratulating you about the new house but in the meantime the loan hasn't been approved. For me is nonsense to do, send and say all that if you don't even have the approval yet. And on top of that, they have you struggling with all these demands in order to qualify last minute. The only good thing and good communication I had was from the community construction manager, such a great guy with a lot of knowledge. Fortunately, after providing and accomplishing everything they asked for, I got the approval. I had to reach out to the general manager though and also, he helped a lot and did way better job than the first mortgage consultant. Manager solved all this nonsense issues in a day. ... More

After seeing the model home, it was an easy process to purchase the home. Everyone involved was professional and helpful.

Art was amazing and professional. Art continues to be helpful even after I have moved in with recommendation on who to contact with issues regarding the home.

Some of the materials are lower in quality than some homes.

Start to finish this was a good experience.
