I had a great experience with the whole Centex team. Leslie was a great help with getting me approved and all the paperwork involved. Bryan was also essential for a successful home purchase. He was knowledgeable about the homes and all service warranties associated with the build. Quickly responded to any questions/concerns I had.

Mary in the sales office went above and beyond. We moved from another state and she made the whole process very easy. Cody the construction manager was very helpful and explained the house warranties very well.

I bought a spacious new house but some details such as the bathrooms are all painted with flat paint, some scratches in the shower, which were not fixed, the creaking of the floors on the second floor were not fixed at all, they can be seen in the finish of the walls the folds of the drywall, the house is beautiful but it needs some details.

Houses are built quick to be sold quick. I wouldn’t rate quality & materials the best as we have been replacing items inside the home since move in.Structure of the home is a joke. Whole house vibrates every time the train goes by.

In the beginning I was very pleased with everything. But about 3 weeks living at our new house there suddenly was an issue where we noticed the baseboard in the master restroom seperating from the wall. We knew right away it was due to water. We called pulte right away & they had someone one come out and cut a piece of the wall open. They realized the pipe for the AC was literally broken. The water had spread through half the restroom causing them to have to cut the entire wall down & remove our cabinets because they also got water damage. This was in may. They had them come out and put the wall back over the next few weeks. We had to wait for them to bring back the cabinets which they eventually did & we’re told the side and bottom parts were ordered & that It was going to be a 2-3 week wait. We are like on week 6 now. They hadn’t had a plumber come out to put the sink and toilet back since they removed these things since the first day, & we just kept waiting & waiting which seemed odd cus there shouldn’t be any issue at this point to put it back. We are 2 months in now, still don’t have a toilet or working sink in the master bathroom & I finally decided to say like hey are you guys just waiting for the day they come out again or what? The manager Ana, that we been working with was literally confused when I told her we still didn’t have our toilet. Up until this point we have been completely patient but it’s starting to get ridiculous so my husband finally told her some things. The weird thing is without even asking which days would be ok to schedule us for the plumber she just scheduled it & said here you go. Like how do you know if we will be home or not? But anyway my husband told her he gets home first at 2 and we could do it then. She keeps saying they can’t but it’s pretty ridiculous considering the fact that we both have already missed so much work and left early to be here for all these appointments & now they literally don’t want to work with us on when a plumber can come out. It’s honestly such a joke. Their communication is trash, and literally no compassion at all. Can’t even get an apology out of the manager. Like literally you buy an expensive home and then to be dealing with not having a toilet for 2 months. & then for them to make it seem like we’re being difficult because weve already taken too many days off & now you want me to again because YOU forgot to send out a plumber the last time I already took a day off for this. Joe and Shannon were great through the process. They have amazing patience. Centex takes customer concerns serious at all levels and they are responsive.

What i can say ether buyer has to make right decision to get new home from you because your excellent and professional in building.

Overall purchasing was simple. The house is amazing! Love everything about it.

Easiest mortgage process I have done. Everything was executed as mentioned from the top down with the builder , title , realtor everyone in the transaction. It was effortless and did everything they said they would . 10/10 recommended

Very poor response to problems. I recommend that anyone purchasing a home, even brand new ones, hire their own inspector before signing any papers. Example foul odors.

Since the pre-closing walkthrough, I noticed a lot of items were really low quality and very poor workmanship. I addressed those items, specifically the carpet and carpets padding and the wood strip that keeps it affixed to the corners. Nails were sticking out around the edges, making it a hazard for residents walking barefooted in their own home. I brought up the concern very clearly but nothing was done about that. The toilets installed in this properties are a joke. The amount of water dispensed with each flush is DEFINITELY insufficient to flush normal levels of waste, let alone any minimal amount.of toilet Tissue. Addressed issue with builder but attendant proactively shifted blame to homebuyer/occupant. Builder personnel did not even have the courtesy to warn new home owners not to flush any toilet tissue at all. Had another issue with their landscaping company, on the irrigation system and it has been 2 weeks since notifying them of the issue and they have not addressed yet. Overall was a smooth and easy experience take this from a first time home buyer, I thought I would have lost my mind but I did it without a drop of sweat . The home is in great shape and everything is working well.
