This company was just ausome everything was just great. Our house is beautiful. We are so happy we bought a home with centex.

Overall the craftsmanship is good. The time it took them to finish was appropriate and on time. Small blemishes but I'm not that picky. But I can see them needing to get this right in the future.

My experience to buying my first home was a breeze. Centex homes worked with me so well to insure that I got to my final step of getting my keys. I love the home and I’m enjoying its comfort. Def would recommend Centex for anyone who is in the process of buying a home.

Every one was so nice to me and my husband. They answered all our questions and concerns.

Waiting almost 3 months for minor repairs, I think that’s long enough!

They only do the bare minimum and no follow up on issues.

We moved from California, buying homes in California is like amputating your leg, unbearable pain and suffering. Buying a home from pulte centex was the best experience a home buyer could have. It was like sailing a boat, Steady as she goes.

The process of the house being built was great. Got constant updates as it was growing to become the amazing house I live in. As far as after move in with minor things that we submitted a repair ticket for online we have had very little response to get things taken care of (cabinets fixed, replacement fridge, drywall bubbling, etc.)

I’ve had a few surveys done at the home for different upgrades we’ve put in, all the surveys remarked at how impressed they were at the quality of work done. Compared to other builders in town they stated the centex home really stood out.

The team at Sales Office and Loan consultants are extremely professional. They guided me through all obstacles and got my loan approved quick. Highly reccommended and definitely buying home from Pulte again.

Okay, I don't exactly go buying homes on a regular basis, but if I did, I'd buy from Centex/Pulte again. My experience with the Centex team before, during, and after the home purchase has been stellar. All their various subsidiaries, from insurance to underwriting have been great to work with. They've been very responsive to my questions. The quality of the home has met my expectations of a new build and the warranties that are included are fair and reasonable. I have zero complaints.

During the house walkthrough is important to check everything with a magnifier glass, we still finding irregularities in the house, broken features. Repairs might take a while.

We have had water leaking in our ceiling initially they sent someone out right away but now can’t reach them to fix the drywall damage. We have barely been in our new home for a month and have already had a few issues. Not very happy with them not getting back to us in a timely manner.

The entire home buying experience was fast and simple! From the sales team to the building manager, I was kept afloat on every aspect of the home building process. Any questions that I had were answered in a timely manner. Great experience!

I was hoping that frustrations during my closing period would improve, but it has gotten worse. Now that I am in the home, I am noticing cut corners and serious shortcuts taken with things like the electrical. The build team seems to not want to deal with me, passing me off to the Pulte service team, who I have called four times in the last two weeks without any followup from the local agent I need to speak to. Every time I pull back a layer of this home, I seem to find a new issue, which is a very bad feeling to have. Sorely disappointed and quickly developing a case of buyer's remorse.

Overall it was a quick and smooth process. Team (everyone) was so responsive when I had any doubt. The house was completed on time and we closed as planned.

The staff is very friendly. The houses are good quality for the price being asked. Quick responses in any questions you may have during your home buying process.

There are decent homes here.

Our home is great, but there are some issues with the quality. Drywall and paint were damaged and supposed to be repaired prior to moving in. We are 6 weeks later and still haven't heard back on when to expect them. We are still waiting for 4 trades to come and finish repairs that should have been done prior to closing. The warranty department takes weeks to get back to you. Just be aware that you will have to keep on them.

Forced closing prior to home being fully built. Builder unwilling to postpone closing buy two days so that I could have an inspection done on a home which was built, instead had to do inspection on home with no gas lines, holes in stucco, unfinished bathroom, etc.. Will never do business with Pulte or Centex again

Love the home and builder quality,we wish the home came with a shower door, and wish it had a water softener loop hookup Also an option for gas stove and dryer.but glad we bought and pulse incentives were nice
