Not as good as other builders that I purchased before in the area.

Very happy with the purchase and the company's process in managing sales, financing, insurance, and at the site completion. I highly recommend this company

Working with the sales team was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We went through the home buying experience while the home was being built and the construction crew was friendly and would explain what they were doing any time we came to visit the house. There were some minor things we wish we could have changed like a small doorway floor cover but we were told things couldn't be changed. Overall, we would buy from Centex again. We love our home.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a great experience throughout the home buying process. I really love the floor plan, and the in-house mortgage provider made the financing process smooth and straightforward. The sales consultant was also very helpful, responsive, and maintained good communication throughout the process. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and excited about my new home.

Everyone at Centex worked hard to make our home amazing on day one. We've been in the home for two months, and the quality and care of the craftsmanship are evident. We have thoroughly enjoyed our home. The buying and building process were very smooth. I never felt out of the loop or like my thoughts weren't being heard.

I have just been here about a month and few days. I will update the review in a few months as there are some items I need to ensure their quality is verified by me. I don't think I have stayed long enough to give a final review

Since move in 5 weeks ago...issues w/ electrical circuits and ongoing smoke detectors. Very disruptive to living conditions.

Centex builders really outdid themselves. We've lived in our new home for three months and it continues to exceed our expectations. The builders are really thoughtful in their blueprint planning to design homes that make practical sense. Taylor (our sales agent) went above and beyond to find us the home to fit our needs of today and tomorrow. Everyday essentials such as the placement and features of the dishwasher, living area layout and the details of how the home would work for us is all thanks to Taylor. Taylor did several FaceTime tours until we found the perfect home, which was so fast it made our heads spin. We did a FaceTime tour and entered contract that same day within budget without sacrificing key family essentials. This is all thanks to Taylor listening to our necessities and wants. Lina (construction manager) is devoted to handing keys to a safe and well crafted home. Nothing was ever too small or too large for Lina to handle. Our home was third party inspected and the agent said our home was as close to perfect as he ever saw in 20 years of inspecting homes. This is all thanks Lina's careful eye and attention to detail. Three months later and the home is more of the gift that keeps on giving. The care that Centex homes dedicates to their homes are unmatched. They really want to 1) hand over the keys to your dream home and 2) give you the education to run your dream home in the long term. The Pulte mortgage and title companies were both highly communicative and crunched the numbers favorably in every way possible. My home's build is high quality and I feel as though I got a good value for the money spent. Everyone I dealt with at Centex was friendly and easy to work with. I would buy another Centex home in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

From the sales office to construction to the closing table, everyone was great to deal with. They were all very helpful and made the whole process seem effortless.

Also, Patrick was very helpful and responsive. He ook care of the issues immediately. Overall quality of the home is very satisfactory.

We have had multiple electrical issues since moving in, usually it takes at least a week for someone to come and resolve it. When I had a billing question I was told there was no-one I could talk to in person for more details. I had to send an email. The first email was answered within 24hrs the second I am still waiting. Thankfully I figured out that I could ask the person at the Gate who is a Manager about it. But that was never communicated. I was only told I had to send an email for additional information on my question. I was charged a late fee on the first ***** payment but I never received the first bill and if I did nobody will tell me when and where they sent it. If via email or mail etc. ... More

All in all the home buying experience was good. We were doing most of it from out of state and the sales dept was great. The quality of some materials is barely builder grade but the warranties are good. Response on issues is slow but still acceptable. The price point was good and we are busy upgrading the components that are not up to muster.

Overall, our experience with Centex and the ***** community was positive, and we are happy with our new home. However, attention to detail during the finishing process could have been better. There were several marks/minor scratches on the walls, and significant dust and dirt left in baseboards, corners, windows, and other areas. The landscaping was also disappointing. The seeding/sod work in the backyard was very poor, with the entire yard primarily growing weeds rather than grass, and there are still numerous rocks scattered throughout the yard as wall as underneath the mulch. Overall, we are pleased with the home, but the quality of the final cleanup and landscaping could have been much better. ... More

How fast they build to make their money back shows how bad off a job their builder is doing. I have had HVAC, flooring and ventilation issues. Also their main builder or contractor Mike wanted asked me to give him 10s so he can get the award but I'm glad I didn't do the evaluation for him. No QC performed even though when you do the walkthrough they say it was QC checked.
