Great builder, but just take your time in the selection process from picking your lot, to the elevation to the interior and exterior options as it can become VERY overwhelming. You will be happy with the end result if you do this.

The appliances, even the upgraded appliances are terrible. We have had problems with all but the dishwasher. In the most simplest terms the appliances are crap.

Certain things that should hve been done prior to closing were not dine properly. Two baseboards were not squared. Tile grout had holes, ripples. Tile floor also had some material tracked on to it. This shoud have been noticed and fixed prior to the closing. ... More

Some work very good, some not to our expectations. Garage concrete work very poor quality. Sheetrock texture very disappointing and bull nose corners just so so.

Never got proper keys or mail box keys. Made me pay for it without ever receiving. Salesman said 370 on house deal. Then they flipped back to 375. Leak in bathroom upstairs.
