The process from start to finish was made pretty easy, the sales rep helps you select a lot and floor plan, you put a deposit down and from there fill out documents with the loan team, get approved and the rest is smooth sailing. It's amazing to see how far our home has came in less 9months. Really glad we went with Centex.

House was built on schedule. I was communicated throughout the process and very satisfied with the result.

When there was a major problem everyone stepped up to resolve quickly, and fairly for all parties.

At this time we are in a construction zone, with progress being made every day. We look forward to our area being developed bringing new neighbors, as well as the finished landscaping.

Responsive to all our needs

Overall a good buying experience, Pulte needs to be more willing to make changes, buyer paid upgrades as requested by a buyer when it comes to their spec quick delivery homes. We also had no success at requesting an actual walkthru after doing a virtual one. We asked no less than 3 times but those responsible for doing that never made the time for us.

Home seems as though it is well-built and aside from minor cosmetic issues, not much was in the punch list. Perfect floor plan for my lifestyle. The lots are tiny unless you can find one on tree-line, water, or culd-de-sac. neighbors are too close only 3' each side property line. The HOA does provide fencing in backyard but again yards are so small, backyard about 10-13'. it feels a little claustrophobic. Lawn maintenance is included; however, easement along fence portion is not being maintained and mowing/edging for lawn maintenance crew is challenge due to standing water, wet ground & lot sizes. Water drainage issues are not atypical for Florida; however, with the yard so small, even a light afternoon rain floods the backyard to where about 3/4 of yard is under water and comes very close to the foundation. Grading is not quite right so the water does not move toward the retention pond. Landscaping package is not my favorite, couole of dead trees noted at closing have not been replaced. We were assured the trees would be 'okay' during final walk-through. Reached out to HOA, referred me to builder, builder referred me back to HOA stating they are responsible for landscaping issues, unfortunately, HOA has ceased responding. Regardless of items noted, we are very pleased with the structure, layout, and quality of the home. Pulte Mortgage made financing pleasant experience, closing was easy, warranty department appears responsive and respectful. Primary drawbacks are small lots and smaller garage space than we are used to and HOA is not super responsive. Pulte mortgage was horrible, I had to find my own trusted lender for the whole buying process to switch, unfortunately I lost my $7000 incentive when I took that route. Sales staff was great and very responsive and informative. Building manager was great and made sure to handle every concern. Warranty team is also great and very quick and responsive. My only building issues so far that I have seen throughout the whole home is that the walls are very uneven, and its unfortunately obvious. builders did not take their time to make sure walls were straight and it makes me wonder how much attention they put into everything else in the home. ... Misrepresented information, was provided about a fitness center. Which is a strong criterial for me, purchasing a home. The landscaping grading is bumpy and rocky. I love my home, however, it would have helpful if I were provided with basic details, about cable, and wiring, in the unit. Also, no folder, paperwork, disc or hardcopy of the homeowners association regulation. And, most importantly, there is a serious ANT problem. There are more than 5 ant hills on the property, and it was documented and it was supposed to be taken care of, and to this day, nothing has change. I still have a ant problem. Zach was great, in (sales). The original female person, not so much. One question: I think the HVAC, was installed improperly, and the workmanship, doesn't look like the one I had in my home, prior to move into a Centex home. Make sure you getting a private home inspector. Triple check everything. Electrical outlets, door fitment, non level window sils and valances, paint, trim work ondition. Too much to mention. Rather disappointed for price we paid.

It was very easy and promising purchase. After my walk-through the house prior to closing. lots of things was supposed to be fixed. I was promised to have All done by the day of my closing. I was pushed to close on my house before visually I experience that really everything is done on my house. I paid for my house I close on it, but I was very disappointed once I found out that All project not done as promised to me. It’s been over a month when I close on the house no one fixed anything or contact me to do anything on my house all the cabinet doors needs to be replaced they all have gaps and seems that’s the major thing and the kitchen, which is very important for me because that’s the heart of the house. Another thing is that French door is off the hinge. Outside elevation needs to be fixed. No one respond to that either. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the house . My house is located at across the street From warranty department people. Which is very close and very convenient for them to approach all the items that need to be fixed. We are both happy with the house

Very happy with my purchase overall. There are a few minor issues but overall I'm very pleased. From the sale with builder to working with Pulte Mortgage, everything was very smooth and on time. Any concerns were promptly addressed. I question everything and every detail was explained with clarity and patience. Britney, my sales agent, was fantastic. She listened and was more than patient with managing my anxiety over such a large decision. She surprised me along the way by coming to my walk through and leaving a personal gift on closing day. So far, my warranty rep has also been great and even stopped by to checkin after I moved in. The minor issues were very small things like a couple of bushes should have been replaced, shower curtain bar was not fully installed, and one of the shower faucets is installed backwards meaning hot is cold and cold is hot. I’m confident my home was well built. All phases of construction were completed as described. They met my expectations and closing timeframe. James and Rueben were fantastic to work with.

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

Theyhave fixed things so far

The only issue we had was with the interest rate that was offered. We didn’t get it because of communication from the builder to the financing team with Pulte but still had a good rate. Overall quality and responsiveness to any issues with the home has been great so far.

Centex was easy to work with and the people are friendly.

Sales Agent Kim and project manager Shawn provided exceptional customer service.

This is our second new build purchase and we were surprised by the quality. Not bad for the price. Way better than Taylor Morrison!!!

We went into building our home knowing many people have different experiences. Overall we had less issues than others in our neighborhood. However, we are happy with our home and are waiting for a few things to be rectified but the home itself is great!

We are very happy with our new home. The quality and workmanship is wonderful. The only issues we had would be delays with supplies. These issues caused the moving delays by 6 months which caused us concerns as we were very anxious to move in.

Delays are inevitable: be patient!
