Good incentives, friendly and professional team.

Beautiful home, just wished jetted tubs were an option and wood floors on the staircase.

Nothing is perfect but enjoying my townhome very much.

Home is gorgeous. We love the neighborhood and we love the location of the house. For the most part we were very happy with the build process. There were some questionable encounters after closing and a couple prior to closing though. Home was beautiful at completion. Lots of little issues since moving in... Granite was gouged and missing chunk... Drains not draining and were promised that would be fixed without going through warranty.... It wasn't. Air vent is not sitting flush with the ceiling and that was noticed prior to closing and never fixed. 2-door garage door was broken and we couldn't use it entire first month we lived there. Electrical we have had some major issues. Tons of breakers tripping, nearly every LED in house is messed up.... This was also caught before closing and not fixed. We have gone through warranty where we were told they would have contractors out by Jan 3 to have everything fixed. It is now 24th and we haven't had one contractor come out at all and the other two issues still aren't fixed. Pocket doors should be use in master bathroom

I'm happy to have purchased my first townhome in Rego Palms. I had a pleasant experience thanks to Dwane and Dawn the Centex on-site managers. They were very attentive, personable and ensuring that any issues will be resolved timely; which they were. I'm happy to have made my first townhome purchase a Centex built home :)

overall the buying experience was pleasant

Working with design center could have been better. On two occasions we had to pay for their mistakes. Working with our lead builder John F. Was great. He really made experience go smooth and we was able to trust him. Overall great experience.

Purchase price was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Build was ahead of schedule. PM was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure my build experience was above expectations. Y only negative comment is that any upgrade you made was way over priced and over inflated my home value. What started out as a 285k house quickly turned into 400k which didn’t include any upgrades I made after my move in.

Too many details weren’t finished before the closing like downstairs bath vent, wall, cabinets, power in certain rooms, etx

Good luck getting problems resolved with Centex

Liked working with my project manager. Wish I had a nice welcome home sign waiting. Hahaha

Due to work requirements was not able to purchase in person. The web based dashboard and system was easy to use and very streamlined. Made things easy to upload and check on status of paperwork.

There were several issues that were very obvious that should have been addressed prior to my taking occupancy. These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the near future. Overall I am happy with my new home.

Good quality built house for the price, wish you could make changes & customize more without upgrading full packages.

Overall the entire team from the sales office, construction manager to the title company were extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manor.

Love the community. Only thing I would keep in mind is the carpet, I usually feel some sharp nails, and a month in the carpet on the staircase has already ripped apart from the baseboard.

Great experience. Night and day from our last home building experience. We would definitely use Centex again.

Overall I am happy with the home. It does have its minor things but nothing major. Definitely will recommend this builder. Thank you Centex!

It was a good experience. Warranty people have been very helpful with a few small issues.

I actually used to work for Centex years ago. They were a great company then and now going through the experience as a buyer, the home and all that comes "standard" rather than paying for upgrades on everything was the reason I went with them.
