I love my new home. Everyday has been fantastic.

Colin was very good, the home was beautiful. I just think that until the community is fully completed the sales agent/builders should be on site. Any thing we need fixed we should have 60 days to be able to contact them after purchase of home. Tara, Colin and staff excellent. Would work with them again.

Very responsive builder team! Addressed and resolved items as they arose in a timely and courteous manner.

Only one problem, workers failing to return to complete flaws.

The materials are cheap. The homes are expensive and they provide cheap or the bare minimum. No ceiling fans, no handles on the any of the cabinets. I wasnt aware most of the these homes are rentals until after i moved here and someone told me. Had I known i wouldnt have purchased. I have put in TWO service calls and no one has reached out. We have these cheap dated sliding patio doors that i havent seen since the 80’s. Everything is the houses are super cheap wven the flimsy doors and cheap hardware. I hate it.

This is my first home and I was very much excited. We like the location and space inside. But the quality of the materials and construction quality could be far better for the price paid. Wood used is delicate at many places and very easy to peel or take off easily. Railing on the stairs, back door, front door, the fittings are all not as per expectation. Had many broken things but the team response time is good.

Overall experience great. I would recommend to anyone

So we are happy that we got to move to a brand new home. They made it easy for us to qualify. I'm however not so happy about the pricing of almost 400k not only because of the little amount of land and construction but the quality of materials on the construction seems very cheap and we can start we the tile or ceramic on bathrooms and laundry room. Also on the surrounding of the property, the construction crews didn't clean so well and there are still some trash that we had to pick up. So if the price would have been less, then the price would make sence but to me 400k for the quality of materials doesn't make sence. ... More

Communication was great during the building process from start to finish we were able to know what exactly was happening. Great home for my family with space to suit all our needs.

The process of getting the loan and the house was smooth, but some areas like painting, sealing electrical pipe connections, sealing under door and joining in corners and getting those little things was not given enough attention.

Overall pleasant experience. Very attentive before closing, definitely delayed responses after closing. No major issues. Do recommend with any home purchase that buyer gets a personal inspection. Again, no major issues were discovered, but builder was likely a bit more conscientious.

My experience was stressful. My sales person was great until I finally decided to buy. Afterwards, he never responded timely or sometimes not at all. I decided to use their mortgage company and even though I had over an 800 credit score, been on my job over two tears and paid off all my debt I was told I may not qualify and I should not have paid off my debts. That made no since to me. My builder was great and responsive. The quality of paint and carpet is low. Feels like I'm walking on the bare floor no padding. Flat paint that is easily flawed. During the walk through had to have several walls sanded and repainted. The carpet was not tacked down in several places. You have to email for service calls because no one answers the phone. However, they do respond timely to your emails. I love the layout of my home and hope to enjoy it for years to come. If I had known there was going to be 400 plus homes in this Subdivision, I probably would not have bought here and the houses are a little close together. ... More

So, I purchased a home with Centex. The Centex Sales Staff and Builders were excellent. Unfortunately, the Pulte Lending staff were not very knowledgeable and dragged their feet for 30 days, literally asking for documents that I would have to obtain from a California court at the 11th hour, in which would cause me to miss my closing date. Also, I suggested a 45 day escrow but Pulte lending insisted on 30 days. After observing Pulte lending mishaps, too many to name in this revuew, I finally decided that the $10k towards closing on my Centex home purchase was not worth it and went with another lender who got me approved in 2 weeks, only missing my closing date by 2 weeks. ... Issues submitted are not addressed timely Example: Emergency call on Saturday November 18, 2023 Major water leak damage to kitchen floor, flex room carpet and molding. Plumber came out Sunday morning, 11/19/23 and says water leak is from dish washer; still waiting for anyone to come out to address.

nice experience, this is our Second Home built by Pulte Group, nice people and nice negociation.

The entire team which helped us through the process was amazing. From Jake, Tristen, Mike and Jessy. Even our pup knows Tristen because he's gone over and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. I have no complaints.
