We are pleased with our experience with Centex. They took their time with us and completed understood everything that we needed and wanted in a home.

I good experience with the builder and do whatever I requested

I’m a first time Home Owner and everything that was told to me about the whole process was true

I love my new home although the response to some of my concerns has been lacking. I submit an issue and may get a response, I have to follow-up to get a response.

We love our home. It is beautiful and the craftsmanship is good.

This was my first purchase I’ve heard stories of other peoples first time home buying experience and mine went smooth compared to theirs

Builder was great to work with.

My experience with my builder Tristen was great. I must say he gave me his word to address any issues and please with his urgency to get things done. I can’t say the same for the sales agent. It has been one inconsistency after another. Forget about have visual communication about an exchange and he would deny it all. We were told by the sales agent that a temporary mailbox would be installed in the community and a mailbox key would be issued at closing. It’s almost 2 months and yet to receive a mailbox key let alone communication regarding the mailbox. Would I refer my builder Tristen to potential buyer, absolutely! My address was wrong . My material was wrong . My address was 372 but all my mail was 376 . Can not switch address any where . Because my address is not on system .

I have to paint garage if I have known, wouldn't purchase a house

Builders Pete and Clint were absolutely amazing would want them to build my next home God willing. They are very professional and explained all I needed to do for my home for the upcoming months and in the future to get the best longevity of the home

I have experienced good response from team. I think the company can improve the finishing details for walls and flooring.

The experience was good overall.

I had high hopes for my new home purchase but have identified several areas where Centex cut corners. The paint feels like chalk and there are areas in the construction where they attempted to 'fill in' chipped drywall with plaster and it is very noticeable. Not to mention the fact that the floor on the 2nd level squeaks in multiple rooms. I submitted a service request 1 week ago mentioning these issues (and others) and still no response from the builder. Bummer

Some of the workmanship and materials used were done poorly. Overall, not bad, but for the price, could have been completed neater and better materials used such as bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Takes a long long time for work to be addressed and/or done to fix work poorly done. Disappointed with that.

Very simple homebuying and homebuilding process -- smooth from start to finish. All milestones were met on time which gave us a good feeling that the home would be ready prior to closing. All materials were of exceptional quality and we could tell that they were professionally installed. Any imperfections in materials or workmanship were repaired or replaced as promised. Our construction manager, Garrett, did a great job of making sure that all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner, When we moved in, our home was clean and tidy with no noticeable imperfections. From Start to Finish the experience was good.

Craig has been awesome, from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything during our walkthroughs and made the home build experience very smooth.

The materials or specially fixtures been used are not of the top quality, i get it, it based on what you paid.. but i was ready to pay the higger price for getting better stuff but i was hushed by saying options are already been selected and can’t make changes to it now. Result is we we’re not happy with the new house. Otherwise people are good and try to work with you in aby regards.

Nothing to say.Everything’s fine.The house hasn’t been moved in yet, but it looks fine now.

The construction manager was absolutely outstanding and great to work with.

The builder I worked with is Chris and Athena, and they are super-r-r nice and responsible. THe diligence and responsiveness made my house purchase and the move-in go much easier and happier. All my concerns had been resolved immediately. I really had an amazing-g-g experience with Chris, Athena and Haverhill Farms Community from the beginning to the end. All my best to Centex teams!
