Everything was amazing! Truly appreciate everybody who was involved in this process! 10/10, would buy again!!! I loved that I had options to choose from although I was a first time home buyer. I feel like I have such a luxurious home!

Our home-buying experience was very frustrating, especially when it came to communication with the sales representative, promised items, and warranty information. Before closing, the sales rep told us that the home would include a washer, dryer, and garage door opener. When we asked to close earlier, we were later told that the washer and dryer could no longer be included. We understood that change, but then at closing we were unexpectedly told that the garage door opener would not be included either, even though we had never agreed to remove it. Flooding inside home

Two weeks after moving into my home, before the master bathroom had even been used, the home flooded due to what appears to be ***** workmanship by the builder. Water leaked through the vents and downstairs smoke alarms. During the remediation process, the drying equipment repeatedly tripped the electrical breaker, causing my refrigerator and microwave to stop working, which resulted in all of my food spoiling. Large drying fans remained in my home for more than 72 hours. To date, I have not received any compensation for my losses or inconvenience. As a result, I will be seeking ***** counsel ...

The house looked beautiful on completion, there were just a few detail items not covered. #1 is that there was not complete sealing of all components in the bathroom, leading to an infestation of beetles.

We love our home but you can definitely tell they stamp out the homes as quickly as possible. Corner are not square, the lawn preparation was horrible, we have lots of high spots and holes. Over all it's a nice house and a good value.

Either the process was really good or really bad. Some of the issues were handled very fast and we're seamless. Some of the issues did not get handled and I had a poor Customer Service

Disappointed in the construction quality of our rear porch railing. Parts of it were replaced, then we noticed more needs to be done in other areas of the railing not yet reported. It could have been constructed better.

I have been waiting for a streetlight to be place at the end of ***** street since I moved into the house over two months ago to no avail. The house is next to the woods, and it is very dark at night at the end of the street.

Working with the sales team was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We went through the home buying experience while the home was being built and the construction crew was friendly and would explain what they were doing any time we came to visit the house. There were some minor things we wish we could have changed like a small doorway floor cover but we were told things couldn't be changed. Overall, we would buy from Centex again. We love our home.
