I was very happy with my design consultant Karen, she was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and design changes. Kelly the field manager responsible for my house was awesome. He was very responsive to all of my emails and questions and followed through promptly.

This experience was really awesome. I was able to design a house that was specifically taylored to my needs. It was also everything I envisioned it would be once the build was completed.

You can expect customer service and site managers to be great, but some of the contractors are out to make the most they can in as little time as they can. Things will have to be redone or fixed . We still have things that need to be redone or fixed properly.

The builder was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to listen to our complaints. We really appreciate the time he took with us to fix any issues we brought to his attention.

Had a really flawless experience. Every question or concern was addressed in a timely manner. I’d recommend this builder to friends and family.

Customer Service is awesome but the subcontractors work is subpar. (1) The sod was laid in a very sloppy manner, there are several sizes of gaps between patches. Now I have to pay to properly re-sod their sloppiness. (2) The front door was not properly sealed, you can see daylight when closed, you can feel the draft and that is after it was supposed to be fixed. (3) I have a problem with two of the breakers, they turn off for no reason and after two months I am still waiting for a call back from the warranty department. in general excellent Work

The overall process was smooth and great, we received updates and communication was open. There is small issues we noticed after moving in that have yet to be resolved. We have not had anyone “checking” in on these issues.

From day one touring the homes, they were kind and helpful. During the building process communication is the one thing that REALLY stood out. If I had ANY questions, they were answered immediately. The team made me feel like there were no such things as a "dumb question". If someone couldnt answer my question, I was immediately transferred to someone who could answer it. When the house was almost finished and small touch ups had to be made, there were times I didnt notice something was missing or not up to par, but my building manager noticed for me and was my advocate. They did not rush to get me in and out during the final walk through, they gave me all the time in the world to ask questions and educate me on stuff I didnt know about the home . Not happy with the responses to issues that I have had since moving into my home

Certain things that should hve been done prior to closing were not dine properly. Two baseboards were not squared. Tile grout had holes, ripples. Tile floor also had some material tracked on to it. This shoud have been noticed and fixed prior to the closing.

Everyone was very helpful and all the process was easy from the very first day.

Overall I had the best experience with Chris, the gentleman who completed my final inspection and went above and beyond in assisting me with minor issues/questions after receiving delivery of the home.

Promised to have home ready by a certain time and came through like a champ. Love my home.

The build a solid houses. Their houses are very affordable

Process was quick and seamless. Excellent experience!

He was very detailed and professional throughout the whole process. He sent us weekly photos of the progress and explained each step/phase on a weekly basis. Also the design center stands was amazing. They help us design the house that fit our taste and budget.

Michael Goushaw Is an outstanding builder, thanks to him I’m enjoying my new home . His knowledge and understanding put me at ease and assured that I will get a great house for my money , Kudos to him.

We had a great experience with management on all levels from sales to construction to warranty. The quality is good with minor craftsmanship concerns that are readily addressed by warranty. Overall we love our new home and look forward to growing our family in this neighborhood.

The appliances, even the upgraded appliances are terrible. We have had problems with all but the dishwasher. In the most simplest terms the appliances are crap.

I was greeted by kind and personable employees at every turn. I felt confident that I was in good hands the whole way through.
