The team was great fron the sales, design, support, build quality, on field and the support team. This makes the process much less stressful than Otherwise. Want to particularly state that the field project lead was understanding and prompt about communicating. This made us feel at ease. To be honest the whole team made us feel welcome and were truly professional and friendly. This is a important choice and decision and we are glad that we chose Centex.

Very happy with our first home!

We thought it was going to be great experience buying our first home. Boy were we wrong. The roof structure had many boards that needed reinforcement as well as a hole in the roof barrier. Initial inspection passed until we had our own inspector come through and point out many issues. Builders urinated in our new bath tubs with no running water. A port-a-toilet was literally outside next to our house. Electrical fixtures were crooked throughout and had to be straightened. Front porch post is not at a right angle/squared to the house. One month in and nails/screws are backing out of the sheetrock in 3 different places. Attention to detail during build is lacking throughout. ... More

Other homes companies do every thing right like before the closing I found too much issues in the paint and in the kitchen too

Been in the house a month and have found multiple repair issues.

The builder wasn’t helpful we had some scratch on kitchen he promised us to fix but he didn’t we call he didn’t answer

The home buying experience was great and I was informed along the way about everything. The customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend Centex to anyone.

The whole process was very methodical... I liked it!

Fantastic and exciting process from beginning to end. Everybody was available to address questions and concerns anytime they came up, from the initial contract signing to the final walk through.

Michael our sales agent was awesome. He was very attentive. He was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the process of if paper work or anything else I had questions about. As for the warranty issues the service is very poor, the walk through was only done with Joe not David. I am very disappointed with area. Many things that I asked to have done before I moved in were not done. If anyone would to call me , I would be happy to go over the whole CD process.

It was a very easy process, they walk you through the whole way and keep you informed. You meet with your builders along the way and are very informative. Once its time to get your keys you are handed a packet for keeping your house maintained, its been very helpful as a first time home owner. They make sure to let you know that they will be there and available for any questions even after your closing date. It was all a very easy and awesome experiece. Very happy with the quality of my home and definitely recommend.

Most of the experience was good. Since moving in, getting some warranty issues dealt with is taking a little longer then I would like.

This is our second time buying a new home from Del Webb, and once again they have hit the nail on the head ! Price , quality, sales people, to the financing people. A complete enjoyable experience. From start to finish.

Too many details issues with finishing

Builder focuses on speed over quality. Many lines were not straight, screw not drilled in all the way, misalignments on cabinets, paint overspray.

Working with Sandra Boissonot was the best of everything! Since day one she was amazing! She was helping through the entire process to get Us into our new house! Thank you Sandra.
