Construction was adequate paint jobs can be improved.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with and everything was on time and communicated. We have had a handful of issues in our home and we are still waiting to hear back. We have water damage on our window sill, one of our windows need to be replaced, and also our bottom lock to one of our doors does not match our key. Everything else has been great though.

Sales and Customer service are really great. We enjoyed the entire experience with Centex

Our home is beautiful!

At the time we began the building process we were able to select individual upgrades to help us age in place. We stayed away from other builders that used packages as a way to select and personalize the new homes. We loved that Centex allowed us to make the best selections as individuals for our families needs.

Pulte had good customer follow-up and team members had positive attitudes and were responsive to inquiries. Pulte Implementation of continuous improvement for highest quality product and customer service was apparent from showing, to sales contract loan processing, to closing the deal.

Buying a new home from Centex has been a great thing that happened to my family. We were carried along during the build process and that was awesome and at end we’ve been happy and grateful to God for making it a dream come true. To Centex-Pulte May God bless.

While the homes are nice, ours has areas where you can tell the vendors rushed their jobs and even though things were somewhat fixed before move-in, there is a lot that wasn’t but you don’t notice until it’s too late. You expect your home to resemble the model home to some extent but the finishing work is not even close. While we are happy with our home, there are things we wish we would have addressed before we signed our final paperwork.

Make sure you keep an eye on them

Its hard to get in touch with them specially on small issues

When there was a major problem everyone stepped up to resolve quickly, and fairly for all parties.

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. Dusty, Brad, and Michele were EXCELLENT and very helpful throughout the process. Dusty was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. This process was extremely difficult. Still have issues with home 2 months after living in it. I’m very disappointed in centex. I choose centex because of the pulte brand and due to home cost. Being a pulte brand I expected a lot more. The cost of the home is literally the only thing that kept me interested in purchasing a home with centex.

The overall price off the home and what you are getting plus the incentive it is hard to walk away

Make sure to ask lots of questions during the process & verify the answers they give you are correct. Inspect every aspect of the building process.
