All started out well but many issues came up and repairs were scheduled and missed by contractors. Calls weren't being returned by the supervisor and we had to leave multiple messaand texts to get a reply. Our issues are still not resolved after occupancy of 2 months now. I would never buy again from Pulte.

Low quality shower doors. Rocks all over the area that were never removed, left over wires and trash under the sod.. The Sod can’t grow from all the rocks and materials underneath. Low quality shower doors which both have broken. Counter tops and back splash very low quality. That’s just some of the standards used.. Supervisor inspector did his best for the time and materials given from Sales and management.

Horrible building experience!!

So our sales experience was amazing. The rep was personable. However, the build process is where we had lots of difficulties. Centex clearly contract workers that do not share their vision. There are just too many things that have to be fixed up to and even well after closing. This was not a good experience.

Your warranty will pretty much expire the day you move in.

Lack of accountability with the warranty department and low end contractors with no integrity

I closed over a month ago and have the same issues i had before closing. They told me we will get all this taken care of and even wrote up a form we both signed and told me within a week it will be done and its been over a month and I have been no showed several times and now just getting blown off with no help. Just need some accountability to keep checks on people

Centex home put me onto pulte mortgage to use as a lender who were very misleading and deceptive. When asked for a refund it took 4 months to receive my money back for appraisal and credit being ran. The centrex office wasn't very helpful in how tonresolve this issue and said they'd take it out of the closing cost which didn't happen. The builders themselves have been very helpful and have come by to fix things that weren't quite right or missing without a problem and have been the best part about the process

The quality is horrendous. Paint runs everywhere. Things we blue taped to be fixed were not done we were even told by the build that he watched the painters take off blue tape and do nothing. Missing flooring, missing caulking, hole in the pantry, stains on the carpet. Yard looks like crap looks like they threw it together in an hour which they did on the day of closing. Patio has line where they left a hose when it was drying. Trash everywhere in the yard from the trades working on other houses. customer service not helpful. they promise to get back to you but they never do. Very quick to use or say 'not under warrantly' as a safety blanket, without waiting to listen to what the concern are. My construction manager cody was the only good thing that happened during the buying process. The sod(grass) is no good at all and is not covered in the warrantly. I am just learning to adapt to the new home and having no help from customer service.

We love our home. Dislike the process. Final closing figures was not what was on the actual document. Slow to respond asked for the same documents several times when they already had it. Poor communication between the different departments that should be working together. The bad outweighed the good here.

Overcharging for houses that don’t have fans or garage door openers. Then telling me by not putting fans and garage door opener that I’m somehow saving money which is not at all.

The quality of the home is very average. Lots of issues would have just required an extra few minutes when it was being constructed/installed. Overall construction is just somewhere between poor and average. Just disappointed.

This was the most frustrating and horrible home building/buying experience I have ever had. The construction was sub par. There were constant issues that needed correction. My husband was fixing an electrical issue within one week of closing/moving in that if had gone unnoticed could have started a fire. I will never buy from or recommend this company to anyone.

It isn’t a good time to have a house built right now. Hard to find skilled labor who cares about their product. Unskilled labor is getting the jobs moved forward at the homeowners expense. Doesn’t seem like anyone cares about their BRAND. Check out the Facebook posts of the neighborhood you are buying in—I may have gone with another builder if I had. If you can wait to build and let the frenzy pass, I would.

46 days past our closing and we still haven't moved in fully due to punch-list not completed!!!

I'm just going to say the project leads Cody, and Abbi seriously dropped the ball on our home. We were forced to close or be charged an additional 500$ a day until closing. We are 46 days past our closing and we haven't finished moving in due to long list of punch-list work that needs to be completed. The quality of finishing work is abysmal, and even after 3 attempt of I-worc trying to fix their horrible paint/caulk job we are hopefully going to get results from a new sub-contractor. When the best that our project lead Abbi can say to us is that your house is livable there is a problem. ...

Haven’t had a ton of issues with the home yet other than some minor stuff. Never buy a centex home until all items are completed before close. I moved in late January and still have no yard other than mud. I understood that it would not be completed due to weather but was under the impression that those things would be completed in order. They do not move in order and currently houses that closed a couple weeks ago already have yards. On top of that they refuse to give answers on anything.

What is supposed to be ready by October/ November, didn’t even started until October, unfortunate Who is having to extend my lease for a short term and pay stratospheric amount for my rent, is Me not Pulte, who is having to pay extra storage for my furniture and belongings it’s Me, not Pulte. Back in April I was told my house would be ready by August/Sep… here we are in October. Sad. Worst experience ever, for me and my family. So, there is noting to celebrate here… Do what you have to do.
