Communication has been faulty from the beginning. I moved in June 2020 and was told that a 30 day walkthrough and 11 month walkthrough would happen to fix issues, but the 30 day was and will not be done per the warranty dept. Low tier Whirlpool appliances specifically came as an incentive, but were not installed properly. For 1.5 months, despite numerous requests, no one came to attach the missing ventilation tube to the clothes dryer, indicating this was not an emergency. Homes are slapped together workers not double checking their work. Warranty take forever to get somebody out there. My front door was not installed correctly. Had to hire my own guy because 84 Iumber is worthless. I have 2 cracked windows. Still waiting for that.

the whole inside of the house is painted the same color. all the walls and trim work? water company charged us for 19000 gallons of water used, we were not living there yet and still as this date haven't?

The Home The house itself is great construction and we love our home. There were many issues that were not resolved until after closing but several (stained carpet, scratched tubs, missing kitchen cabinet) were resolved quickly. We were informed throughout the building phase as to how the construction was coming but we're not informed well enough to where when our closing date came we were told it had to be pushed back another week. These homes are built with the bare minimum requiement. For the money spent, Id at least expect to get an archectual roof. curious to see how long the three tab single last in the lowcountry... Also! make sure you go behind them every step of the way. the people working for the contractors building the homes have little experience and could care less about the quality of their work. Get an inspector!!!

We have honestly had nothing but issues unfortunately since moving in. Broken sewer lines. So bad that we had to call emergency line on Christmas DAY when whole house lost sewer use. Not fun with tons of guests. We had to have an electrician out within first two weeks too for an issue with outdoor lighting. The tub was clogged with grout and I had to reach into the pipe and clear it. Something we asked in walk-through to be completed. The attention you receive from Centex reps is great right before you close, after the closing and you get your keys good luck reaching anyone for warranty service. Very disappointed. That alone makes me not want to recommend Centex to friends and family.

I just spent a month in this new home but I have experienced much trouble with a lot of things not working. The first thing I experienced the second day of packing in was the microwave got damaged. Air conditioning system was not properly designed for 2 of the rooms as it does not circulate air. Electrical faults and leakage at the kitchen sinks. Too bad.

Our walk through took over two hours, almost a month later, we still have items from our walk through still being taken care of. Hopefully, this will be all finished by June 19th, we moved in on May 20th. It has taken countless emails and follow up emails and calls to get my home up to new house standard. Had several issues with our buying experience. I had several issues during the building process and had poor response time by the site manager. Things had to be repeated several times during the walk through inspections that they were not done correctly. Poor communication by the site manager when there we issues that should have been brought to our attention. We have lived in our home for over a month and have yet to receive sod. We were promised it would be done within two weeks of closing and here we are with no sod and two dogs with no yard. Overall it was a poor experience.

I had a Centex home that was pre-Pulte buy out and LOVED the building experience, the builder and the final home product. My experience with my newest home, post-Pulte buy out, was NOT as pleasurable nor do I have the confidence in this newest homes quality. Building process seemed rushed, was about “getting it done” and the workmanship is lacking as a result.
