Everyone was very helpful and polite throughout the whole process, as with any construction job there were a few hiccups but they got it taken care of in a timely manner. The quality of the materials and finishing touches were lacking a little, but we did get an EXCELLENT price. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome.

We are very happy with our new hone. The home looks great and everything works as it should. You must remember new does not mean perfect but we can honestly say that all of our concerns, which were very few, have been addressed in a very prompt and professional manner. We would recommend anyone looking to build a new home to strongly consider Centex/Pulte homes. . Also since your home is more than likely the biggest purchase you make in your lifetime we would advise anyone having a new home built by any builder to hire an independent inspector to inspect the home at different phases to make sure everything is being done correctly. Everything was made easy and very professional.

We are enjoying our new home, however the extremely poor communication and management during the build process was extremely frustrating.

Smooth homebuying process from start to finish. Tracy was fantastic as my point person and Dwayne my builder kept updates coming as soon as he had them. Fantastic team.

My Centex home is good first time buy! Customer service handling any issues that arise after purchase has been wonderful.

Poor workmanship leads to do overs...do it right 1st time..workers need closer supervision.. Job site supervisor did all they could too control the situations... Do over is not restricted to 1 area. It’s in dry wall , paint, electric, brick work, landscape etc.. However, when noted corrective action is taken..

Centex builds a solid house. There were problems, some major, due to a disconnect between sales and the build teams. However, wherever there was a problem the Centex team fixed it without batting an eye. These are good people who stand behind their products.

Overall very happy with the new home. It’s beautiful but some workmanship leaves us wondering how pressured the craftsmen are to complete the home in a specific timeline. We had horrible trouble the first day we moved in with a sewer issue. That cannot be overlooked. The problem was taken care of relatively quickly, but there was a lot of “the city’s problem” and “the builders problem” going on. Meanwhile we were without sewer or water for 2 days.

I am very disappointed with Centex workmanship. I am having leaking window problems, and A/C issues that hasn’t been rectified. They alway seem to put my issues off, especially the windows and A/C.

I loved my building experience with Centex. They did a great job keeping me in the loop and addressing my concerns. I have had less success with the warranty team. They don't really schedule jobs with you after you indicate an issue so I've gotten several calls unexpectedly with them waiting outside the door while I'm at work. It's been like pulling teeth to get them to give me an actual date or time.

The on site management has been responsive to our needs and helpful with questions and resolutions to any problems that have come up after our initial occupancy. All issues have been addressed with a timely and professional approach. This is the second home I have had built. My first experience was positive, but this experience surpassed it.

I was very pleased that I was checked in from the contractors on site to make sure everything after moving in was going well. The sellers were nice when asked questions regarding closing dates.
