I purchased my home on 12/6/2021. My move-in date kept getting pushed back. The sales rep that initially handled my purchase quit and I fell into the proverbial cracks. I was never told the appliances I chose were not available when I was buying the matching refrigerator, so my kitchen doesn't match. I was never called in to choose my flooring, during the build my a/c unit came in before they poured the cement slab down so my a/c unit is on cement blocks and the builder down right refused to fix it and do it right. From the initial signing of the contract I was misinformed, misled and not informed of decisions that would impact my home or my closing. Flooding issues.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it. I bought a new “quality” home to not have these issues but it’s been a terrible experience. Warranty guy never contacted me or email me about warranties.

Will never recommend any Pulte product. Multiple issues involving workmanship, quality of materials, communication, follow up, deadlines, and the list goes on. We are still waiting on multiple items months after closing. If considering building with Pulte….don’t!

I have bought sever new construction homes and have had the opportunity to experience an array of quality in this experiences. This has been by far the worst homebuying experience I have had. My house was months late, the realtor and construction team did not communicate the delays to me in a timely manner which left me homeless for months. Centex always places blame on suppliers and vendors, never taking responsibility. They do no hold suppliers and vendors accountable. Workmanship flaws and Centex is not concerned because they have a deposit and contract and move to the next potential buyer.

This had to be one of the worst experiences I have gone through. I can see the seams and tape of almost all the drywall on the walls and ceilings, very amateur and not quality. The entire process was a horrible experience. We will never use Pulte/Centex again. Misinformation and lack of communication was an issue throughout the process. Even to the point they lied about the inspectors appointments which resulted in delays in closing, failed to disclose critical repairs need day before closing, construction manager did not even do a final walk through - before or after closing. This has been the most challenging and most unprofessional process I have gone through. Let me start with the workmanship; our house is still being worked on because of the awful job done throughout the house. Do not do mail-away closing. They do not fix any issues that were found during the walk through as promised but passed them to the warranty team. Some doors do not close tight, you can see gaps between door and frame. Dry wall issues, molding, painting, caulking, etc...We are still waiting for the CCM to schedule the people to fix the issues. We are thinking to record the issues and upload to our youtube channel afterward if they break their promises again!

First of all, the salesman wanted us to put in the 60 thousand dollars for the prime package which supposedly was the best washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. This centex builder is not Upto the mark. They are building the homes to sell it fast. They are not looking for the quality of the house. The engineers working for centex are not professionally qualified and they mostly don’t know how to build the house but they are doing that. They are asking the buyer to close the house without completing the home and the buyer mostly don’t know about few things and they are rush to close because of the time limits.

Terrible, terrible buying experience. Builder purposely delayed close because we chose to use a third party lender. We were homeless living in an extended stay hotel with our pets for weeks because of their intentional delays. Pulte Mortgage was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE in trying to keep us from going elsewhere. The “incentives” they offer buyers are eaten up by their ridiculously high fees, so you actually net zero dollars towards the purchase.
