Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

Only complaint is where they placed the AC Unit in comparison to the bedroom window when they could have easily chosen another spot that is not so intrusive.

It was fun yet stressful. Our building manager was AMAZING. He had high expectations and held his workers to them through out the process. I do think some changes would help, as far as the tubs and stuff being in the home were full of construction materials and stuff, so I've noticed scratches on them and that's not something I noticed through a walk through.

The sales and construction team were always upfront about any change of plans as the home was being built. I never felt like anyone was hiding anything through the entire process. Design and mortgage were also very simple, closing on my home was a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase

My project manager was awesome! He was very detail oriented and really cared and wanted to deliver the best home he could. All problems were addressed in a timely manner. We were walked through the process step by step and got to watch our home being built. Centex made the process easy.

I love our new home and considering it’s our first they were very helpful in every way from beginning to end and helped with all of our questions and it was definitely worth it in the end and I can say for everyone that they are very helpful and helped me get my first home and I couldn’t be happier to be living in this house and it’s all thanks to Centex for making it possible. I’m very happy with my home and everything went as planned and I’m very comfortable to be here in this neighborhood

Love my new centex home. The workmanship is high quality and they ensure it is very safe.

Our home was part of the builder’s inventory so they needed to sell quickly. They worked with us and our realtor every step of the way. The process was easy and the home was everything we were hoping for. And on final walk through, I was very impressed with the knowledge the representative had about everything in the house. He walked us through how every appliance works, all flooring/siding/etc details and how to care for them, sprinkler system...EVERYTHING. We moved in knowing how our house. The only things I would say against the home are 1-the air conditioner drain pipe was constructed in such a way that the water spilled over and ended up leaking through to the bottom floor. However, the customer care team was quick to send out a repair man and fix the problem. And 2-the paint used on the walls throughout the home seems to pick up every scuff and mark possible. Being a flat paint, it does not hold up well with moving furniture in or with children in general. We will definitely need to repaint everything with a tougher finish. Never got proper keys or mail box keys. Made me pay for it without ever receiving. Salesman said 370 on house deal. Then they flipped back to 375. Leak in bathroom upstairs. Still havent dry walled the ceiling back in. Brand new air conditioning issues. 3 man holes out front that no one has addressed. Very disappointed.

We love the road connection system that makes downtown Orlando minutes away. Its vegetation, its pure air and the combination of rural life and the city, is a perfect combination

First new home. Meets expectations

The process was well planned and complete. Information up front was lacking about details following move-in like all the details of watering and care for the lawn. The floor plan is very poor. The width of the garage does not accommodate two cars. Almost no one in our neighborhood can park two cars in their garage. The entrance into the basement is too small and crowded. The entrance into the house from the garage through the laundry room is too tight.

Looked at many other home builders and chose. Quality homes for less.

I would have like the builder to replace my sod like I was promised. The sod is uneven and in pieces.

The layout and materials used are better than other home builders I have worked with. Centex has been responsive throughout the process. Their sales staff could definitely be more knowledgeable. Had a major issue with a room not being constructed the way I was told it would be which soured me to layout in general. Construction manager was fantastic though and great to work with.

Andy was great and set clear expectations. Management of the build was well coordinated. Seemingly inferior quality materials when I compare to the new build my mother in law has in progress with another builder at a lower price point. Example concrete driveway instead of asphalt. Undersized mechanicals cause Issues with proper cooling in the summer. For the price would have expected sod throughout. Neighborhood looks poor in areas due to seeding vs sod. They used to provide full sod but went with a cheaper option of partial sod last year. Overall house was built quickly with decent quality. We had a wonderful friend Manager named Blake who was super responsive and so helpful while we had our home build 750 miles away. It was a great experience.

House was done on time and of upmost quality.

In general is really good, just sometimes we have to insist to Alan (Field Manager) to resolve a few things on the house.

We purchased our home from overseas and were impressed with the updates communication and responsiveness

Was able to get a bigger nicer home that other builders in the area that I was comfortable with and the process was fairly strait forward and easy, less stressful since I had been thru the home buying process before I cancelled that home and moved to Centex. They were helpful and answered all my questions and were there to help along the building process with items I noticed and even with items I hadn’t and were upfront about terms, costs, and timelines to complete these items. I would recommend if your wanting to have a less stressful process that will make you feel like your getting every dollar worth for your home. ... More

We love everything about our house building process!

It’s a Good House when you’re outside, Looking at it, But when you look in every detail inside the house you will see lots of problem, the doors are not properly aligned door jamb and all the woods have damage/dents, the concrete slab at the back of the yard is deteriorating, flood on both side of the house, no street light even we reported it to centerpoint, field manager never replied to your txt about your concern, contractor really rush to build the house

Chad was very helpful and responsive to issues.

Sales agent was outstanding, provided all the needed information to help us make our decision to buy home.
