Pulte Did not follow through on agreement for 30 day follow up Inspection. 4 months after my home closing I am still left with broken door that would not open Even if a fire broke out and windows that I can not see out of.

Very disappointed! We bought the house and had it built while living in a different state. Once we made it to the house, we were let down by the quality of the work/materials and the poor attention to detail. We paid for upgrades (written in the contract) and they were not done because they didn’t pay enough attention to the contract. Those issues were fixed once we moved in to the house but we are still waiting for the cosmetic issues to be addressed. The only person that DID DO an amazing job was the salesperson.

Worst builder out there. Cheap homes, bad service

If you are reading this, please move on... trust me you will thank me later. Centex/Pulte homes are very poorly made and require a lot of maintenance calls to fix things that are days to weeks old. They employ "anyone that can show up that day" - direct quote, to the home site. Purchases 6 weeks ago, after initial 18 things on the closing punch list (pretty standard) I have had sent 38 emails trying to fix the new 26 items. The trades that come bye talk down to the homeowner as if they do not know anything. Very poor communication, poor quality workmanship and poor material used. The default ...

The company Centex-Pulte have not prioritizing the current owner on the sub division East Lake Preserve we poor customer service in accordance with their own contract they have felt to demonstrate trust among the customers who all ready purchase a house they only worry to continue their sell - money and revenue with house warranty attendance. The company has not live by their own standards and mission of customer service went warranty of the house come in place.

Not very happy with the total experience. Problems with Pulte mortgage. Builder cancels framing walkthrough 10 minutes before schedule. Nobody could tell me why. Craftsmanship subpar. One month in, sewer backed up, floor cracked, sprinkler pipe burst, surround sound speaker wire not connected, can lights not centered in gathering space, $4,000 sod looks terrible. Disappointed with all the problems in this new home. I don’t recommend Centex

My rental home was in better condition than what I thought would be a new home. My wife says the habitat for humanity home she grew up in didn't have as many errors. I don't know whether to trust any repairs would be more than just patch work rather than actually correcting the building errors and lack of craftsmanship. I regret buying a Centex home I regret trusting Centex with building my home. One month in and not even settled and we discover a water leak caused by builder that was present prior to closing and not discovered. Extensive water and mold damage. Complete rebuild of kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Can’t even use kitchen for over 3 weeks. I am very disappointed with Centex workmanship. I am having leaking window problems, and A/C issues that hasn’t been rectified. They alway seem to put my issues off, especially the windows and A/C.

We had nothing but issues with our build out. Our manager was more like a 50’s salesman than a manager. I would not recommend that anyone build with Centex or Pulte homes.

God, where do I start. Our field Manager was useless, the house has major issues, centex/pulte still hasnt landscaped, and gives a million excuses why they are delayed, and no one returns calls.

My experience has been horrible and it's still horrible. I'm still living in a unfinished house with dented appliances creeping floors & no hot water. Within the last month I had to take off work 6 times for them to come fix (quote unquote) things that should have already been done. I have no hot water still!!! They new they had problems and still sold the house. So when i moved in the first they we had to go to a hotel for a week. After 40 days i still haven't got the all problem fixed and nobody is even calling to check on how everything is.
