Centex took my vision and more than exceeded my expectation. My situation was a bit unique; active duty Army stationed in Maryland at the time; I watched my home from the ground up via FaceTime thanks to my incredible Sales Consultant Mr. Jonathan. Many issues with home, water leaks behind walls, lawn issues, bowed wall.

God, where do I start. Our field Manager was useless, the house has major issues, centex/pulte still hasnt landscaped, and gives a million excuses why they are delayed, and no one returns calls.

My home is beautiful. There were just two things that were supposed to be taken care of that weren't. Hopefully those two things will still be able to be fixed,as promised. Other than that, my home is just perfect.

Our walk through took over two hours, almost a month later, we still have items from our walk through still being taken care of. Hopefully, this will be all finished by June 19th, we moved in on May 20th. It has taken countless emails and follow up emails and calls to get my home up to new house standard. We moved in with in accurate details on who hooked up the facilities. Were there close to two weeks before the internet was able to be installed, the subdivision was not ready for people to move in. We are supposed to have our grass cut under the home owners association. We have not been given the contact information, almost in a month and no one has come to cut the grass. Having difficulty finding out whom to contact to get this done. Have had two field managers, never has been truly supervising the house construction or workers as needed. The initial paint job was the worst of any home I have ever lived in. There was a hole in my shower, grout issues, paint on tile and hard wood floors, paint on cabinets. We had a toilet that had to be fixed by a plumber, a nasty spot on the concrete that had to be fixed. Overall, it has been difficult. We are having to pick up nails left by construction crews on the streets, trash continually blows into our yards. We also had an issue during construction when our screened porch was done wrong and the patio was not poured. I am just now beginning to think that after tomorrow, when the security team should be finished and the remaining paint removed from my floors that my home will feel like my home. However, I am still concerned with the construction crews that are leaving too many nails, trash, and I would like the Home Owners Association to cut my grass as promised and paid for at my closing. ... We're first time home buyers and went in expecting it to be very complicated and stressful. However, we had the exact opposite experience. From picking all our upgrades to the home mortgage process it was all relatively easy and painless. I've already referred my friends to Pulte/Centex!

House is great value, selling process and performance was terrible. Get everything in writing - flat lot? Sod? Time line. Everything needs to be in writing.

We love our new home.

Ivey and Ryan are excellent! They are very professional and easy to work with. They made to process easy.

As a homebuyer of Centex homes, I was satisfied with the work of the builder. I had a third party inspector and the builder’s findings matched my third party inspection results. Had a strong peace of mind throughout the entire build process.

I have been in my new Centex home for a month now and it’s perfect. A few small issues typical with new builds popped up and they were addressed immediately. The house is beautifully built and with quality. Would never recommend any other builder.

The rushed slot of stuff in the house, they should they have not taken there time. Cracks in the structures inside, appliances not working, gutting has holes, take your time and build these homes..

Dust everywhere, loud noises from construction workers, broken stuff inside the house, workmanship is below average! Nails all in the road.

I have no regrets moving into a Centex house! I absolutely love my house. And I would buy from Centex again and would/have recommended them. However since I have been living in the home for the last 3 weeks, I have been seeing little things with the building materials. They are minor fixes, not worth trying to contact the builder, but I know what to look for now if I were to buy another house from Centex. The one thing I didn't like is toward the end, nearing my closing......I could tell things were rushed. The driveway has cement droppings over the cured cement and it wasn't corrected. Some cement was slung onto the stone part of my house on the outside and it wasn't cleaned off and now it's hard. It's like things like that I can tell they rushed and things were done sloppily. But overall, I have a beautiful house in a very nice community! The only reason I didn't give a 4 rating is due to the Sales office for poor customer service. Closed almost two months ago and the house still isn’t finished. The final checklist was never completed. New contractor couldn’t be bothered because my house is already closed.

Love my home!

Had several issues with our buying experience. I had several issues during the building process and had poor response time by the site manager. Things had to be repeated several times during the walk through inspections that they were not done correctly. Poor communication by the site manager when there we issues that should have been brought to our attention. We have lived in our home for over a month and have yet to receive sod. We were promised it would be done within two weeks of closing and here we are with no sod and two dogs with no yard. Overall it was a poor experience.
