We love our home! Now that we’ve been living in it for a month, the rose colored glasses have faded and we’ve begun noticing the lack of attention to little details- many scratches/dents on cabinetry in kitchen that have been colored over with wood paint, caulk touch up needed where tile meets baseboard & some smaller repairs that they’ve already attended to. Overall, if these are the only issues we’ve found so far- we’re in good shape. Knowing their guarantee/warranty of 1 year when they’ll come back through and repair any issues let’s me rest easier at night.

John was our field manager, he took extra care and time to explain all the homes features and how to service them and walked us through the coming year, warranty, and service requests. He was extremely courteous, and responsive, as well as informative!

The price was right, but the whole process has been a headache. To the point where we almost backed out of the deal. Still dealing with issues getting things completed and it’s been almost 2 months after we moved in.

My overall experience with centex was great. I am good with the building process. After being in my home for almost 2 months now, I'm still completely satisfied.

Well, the consensus in the neighborhood is that while we all like our neighborhood and the sales team, the actual craftsmanship and completion of our homes leaves a lot to be desired. There are multiple things that have not been FINISHED in my home. I'm not talking about warranty problems, I'm talking about things that should have been finished before closing, that were promised to be completed, and never were. I have a pocket door leading into the master bathroom that was finally delivered over three weeks ago but has never been painted nor installed. My master mirror has a scratch on it that was identified by your team and hasn't been replaced. The holes that were cut in the wall for the washing machine hook-ups that look bad. Why are there no covers around the sawed up sheet rock. It looks bad. My YARD!!!!! The sod was thrown down and is so lumpy that you can barely walk through the yard without nearly rolling your ankle. We have tried putting dirt down in the numerous holes, in an effort to fill the holes, but it is still very lumpy. Also, why is there no sprinkler system in the back yard? People in the phase one have back yard sprinklers. We were never informed that there wouldn't be. Also, my garage floor has paint and spackle lumps all over it because it was never cleaned before moving in. My move in intentions were to paint the floor but I couldn't because it was a disaster. The house wasn't cleaned before move in, either. We had to clean it!!! There are other odds and ends that just weren't finished and efforts to get these problems resolved have led to nothing happening, other than a door being delivered. It's not just me, I spoke with four other neighbors just yesterday and they all have similar stories. I would NOT recommend CENTEX to ANYONE.n an effort to fill the holes, but it is still very lumpy. Staff on ground was extremely helpful and supportive. They were always prompt with any questions I had in providing me an answer. cant say enough great things about the Centex home Staff

A very stressless procedure, quick and efficient. I have bought new homes 5 different times and this purchase with Centex was by far the easiest and smoothest I have experienced. Very easy company to deal with and very customer oriented .

Although my field manager during this project was excellent! I feel some stuff should be done by the builder to guarantee their homes and property. I feel their sales team lacked assistance during my built and I wasnt even given a tour of the facility which made me almost rethink my purchase... overall my home is awesome with some minor issues and I hope the warranty can commit to fixing asap besides that its a beautiful home!!!

Our house was everything we wanted and quilt with quality materials.

As a new home owner understandably we anticipated maybe a minor issue here or there that would need to be addressed. Luckily the few things that needed to be touched up or addressed were usually handled within 24 hours of me putting in my request even after moving in.

The entire process was seamless, with the build team from start to finish. I was kept informed routinely and was truly a part of my home build. In my subdivision I was absolved from complaints as my neighbors had to content with issues during and after the build that I never had to face. Not only the build but the Realtor’s and the admin team were phenomenal. I would gladly rebuild in the future with them and definitely will spread the word of my experience.

They were quite responsible with the time they set for the delivery of the house.

We love our home! The builder paid close attention to detail and even though we bought a "spec" home there was nothing we wanted or needed to change.

We purchased the home as it was almost completed (didn't build out ourselves). We have had quite a few issues, most of which were resolved after multiple contacts, but still have some issues we are told we just have to wait until they get to it with no actual time frame.

It is very difficult to reach anyone for help. Pulte is not very good at responding to your needs.
