Overall excellent process with the Pulte/Centex folks. Very seamless and professional experience. Any home issues noticed during walk through taken care of immediately. A really great team to work with and would recommend to others!

I believe other home buyers would be pleased with this process, and purchase.

My family and I really enjoyed the ease of buying with centex homes. The house was in excellent condition walking in for the first time and communication was an ease with the builder. Definitely would recommend.

Didn’t think it would be this easy. Everyone was very genuine and any questions or concerns we had were always answered.

It was very easy and promising purchase. After my walk-through the house prior to closing. lots of things was supposed to be fixed. I was promised to have All done by the day of my closing. I was pushed to close on my house before visually I experience that really everything is done on my house. I paid for my house I close on it, but I was very disappointed once I found out that All project not done as promised to me. It’s been over a month when I close on the house no one fixed anything or contact me to do anything on my house all the cabinet doors needs to be replaced they all have gaps and seems that’s the major thing and the kitchen, which is very important for me because that’s the heart of the house. Another thing is that French door is off the hinge. Outside elevation needs to be fixed. No one respond to that either. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the house . My house is located at across the street From warranty department people. Which is very close and very convenient for them to approach all the items that need to be fixed. A lot of things needs to be fixed at my house. I’m taking pictures of everything and I will be submitting them for further action. ... More

Best experience ever! Centex and pulte are great!

I am pretty satisfied with the results, everything was very smooth, everyone made it so easy to work with. Our inspector was very impressed with the great quality of the house.

I’ve owned several new homes and the attention to the construction process was the best on this house of any of them. I also hired an outside home inspector and the report came back with just minor cosmetic issues, but the attention to detail on construction was amazing. Very pleased with that portion of the house. The fixtures used were entry level and all of that can be upgraded at a later date as it wasn’t possible in the build process.

Tawana and Daryl were the best sales and builder team! The explained everything thoroughly and were completely transparent, so I knew I could trust them through the process. I love my new home and due to the quality of the build and materials, I am sure to enjoy my home for many years to come. I have friends who purchased a Centex home, 15 years ago, and are very happy in their home all these years later. I would definitely recommend a Centex home.

I had no issues having access to the home while it was being build. Any issues were address promptly. They did their best when we had a conflict with the closing date and getting the walkthrough timely.

This team is easy to work with

The more I walk around my brand new build the more disappointed I am that I purchased here. Size wise great, quality of work rushed and things that should look brand new look like it is a year old home.

Had no problems with the build. House was finished on agreed date with no delays. Builder kept me informed of the build process with emails and pictures. From start to finish the build and purchase of the Centex home went very smoothly. Had absolutely no complaints.

No trim on one of the bathrooms, shower courtain pole was broken, kitchen cabinet top trim it’s not balanced and wasn’t fix, electricity issues mentioned on the walkthrough. When I received the house, all those issues mentioned on the inspection and walkthrough wasn’t done.

You know I talked to my neighbors and all received appliances, but I didn’t receive appliances and I had to buy my own. When I called to see why? They said my purchase had more cash discount. This was not explained to me buy the sales person. Second, our package included a garage door opener but it was not installed. I contacted the service department, they issued a check for $336 to make me happy. I paid a contractor $600 to install a garage door opener. And now I am working with PGP title to receive the original warranty deed, which they claim it was lost in the mail. Not too good guys. You can do better. ... More

Its been a month moving into the home and there’s been a rook leak already which spread out to multiple rooms. I have raised a service request and still not resolved

As a whole, our home buying and building experience was good and I feel like we got a good value on our home. Construction was quick, and the construction and sale people were responsive, kind, and very helpful. As a whole, the quality of the home is good. There are a lot of minor issues that have stemmed from poor subcontractors; i.e. plumbing fixtures loose, some even off-center, a lot of paint spots that needed another coat or touch up, issues with the flooring that could have been easily avoided, the cleaners were practically non-existent despite coming out twice (literally had to clean off dirt footprints off of a closet door). If you buy from Pulte/Centex, I would say in the end you'll likely end up with a home you love, but DEFINITELY get a pre-drywall and final general inspection if able in order to catch any issues that could be more problematic. ... Great experience and very responsive team

Brief, the sale experience with Mike is not positive, slow response, not caring and surprises due to the final walk for the garage paint was not included. Price is not cheap. In contrast, the construction person William is amazing and very professional.
