Our salesman, Matt, was excellent and always responded to questions and requests. He was A+. However, what we didn't like is that the house did not come with ceiling fans with lights. We had no lighting in the 4 bedrooms, living room and office and had to buy 6 ceiling fans with lights. We also should have had a glass shower door installed in the master bathroom since it didn't have a tub. Otherwise, we love the house, the big pantry and the total appliance package.

We had the best experience from start to finish. Joey at the front office was fantastic. Mike with the construction crew was fantastic as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. And we love our new home!

I have so many walls that aren't even square, Flooring scratched up, cabinets broken, water damage spots in master bath, literally keep finding more and more stuff in this home. The construction manager is an idiot, doesn't know anything, literally had no clue what fire blocking was and tells me these homes don't have them when in fact we do. The studs arent 16" on center or even uniformed, studs range from 17"-32" in space, absolutely ridiculous. Pulled the inspection reports for this home through the city and alot of preliminary issues that our agent didn't even tell us. We were pleased with our new purchase. The home had some minor fixes required and everyone was super helpful and prompt.

The home buying experience for Pulte/Centex was not a pleasurable one that’s for sure. The entire financing process was a joke. People not responding, not reading through documents submitted, delayed reviews of time critical pieces of information, more than I care to write in this review. This was a fumbled, mismanaged and unprofessional way to handle people’s financing and overall one of the worst interactions I’ve had as a consumer. It didn’t stop there, on the building side of things, during our final walk through we noticed a worker decided to urinate in the master bedroom closet. The construction manager apologized and cleaned but hopefully replaced the carpet and the padding underneath. We found some things after we did our own inspection that needed to be fixed. For the most part those items were fixed. The swells on the side of the home are flat and pool water up. That has been the concern from day 1. Instead of fixing the issue Pulte warranty decided to send landscapers out to see the area.. Well it’s been about 3 weeks now and the problem persist, and the grass hasn’t grown. We had some minor electrical issues and drywall issues with the home after move in. The contractors came out and fixed them. Other than that it’s been me making trips to home depot to fix things as they’re discovered. Dealing with Pulte Warrenty has done nothing but waste my time / money waiting around for people to show up that don’t show up on time or don’t even show up at all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend buying a Pulte / Centex home. Sure this could be a bad experience from one person but when a company drops the ball in just about every phase of the home buying experience, it shows how unprofessional the company is and should caution potential buyers. It’s more than likely this review will not be seen but for those who do see it I encourage you to get financing elsewhere, hire an independent inspector and take what this builder says with a grain of salt and do your own research. ... I recently had the pleasure of working with Centex Homes and I'm thoroughly impressed by their commitment to quality, and value. Their team, especially the Build Manager Jeff, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. Jeff's attentiveness and proactive approach in handling any issues made a significant difference. Centex's responsiveness and dedication to their clients is commendable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable home builder.

I have been extremely pleased with my home buying experience with Pulte/ Centex Homes! From the show home visit to the Berkshire Forest area with the sales representative, Christa and Pulte Mortgage servicing with “O”. In my mind, I was just looking and waiting to buy later this year BUT I was so Impressed with that first visit that I bought right away! Now, I have just moved into MY NEW HOME and everything has been Great! There has been just a couple of bumps in the road and RODNEY has been there! He has been so responsive and courteous to all my concerns. He is fantastic At his job and knows what is important! It is easy to sell a good product but after The sale it is very critical to keep that customer happy. The home buying process was really great with Centex! Everything went smoothly and our realtor and the construction manager were both great to work with as well as the mortgage team!

From the initial idea of building our new home, we researched for a good builder and yes, it took some time! We met lots of people along the way and got many opinions. We looked through Pulte’s web site and clicked all the pages daily and we fell in love with all their house designs and styles. There were always resources available on hand 24/7 to help us through this major life changing decision. We made an appointment with the realtor and our experience started from there. We basically sat in the back seat and Pulte handled everything. Each team member was excited to meet us and go over each stage, step by step. Communication was constant which we preferred. We had lots of choices and so many designs to pick from and everything we wanted, we could get and manged those choices within our budget. On the Pulte builders website, we got to see the up coming stages and approximately when they weee starting and finishing. We were kept in the loop of everything. Our builder sent photos and always met with us when we wanted to physically see the house. The appliances and quality of the flooring and utilities were spectacular. The house was painted and cleaned before our closing. After we moved in, our builder responded with our minor requests for simple repairs Ex, the faucet leaked a little, one screen on porch needed to be tightened and we needed the dish washer hose connected. They arrived within the week. The house is well ventilated, it heats and cools very well and maintains a moderate temperature for sure.. I chose wire shelving but probably would have chosen wooden shelves in all my closets and i may have chosen a bigger pantry. However I can say there isnt anything else i would change. ... More

The experience of being a first time buyer was great. However the paint job in the home could have been much better after moving in we noticed that paint was on the cabinets in the kitchen.

My husband Robert, my Dad and I greatly enjoyed the detailed and informative tour given by Centex Homes sales rep, Robert, of the model home as well as the home we picked. We were given a timeline and who were going to contact us as we progressed through the process. The Centex/Pulte Team did an amazing job of keeping us up to date and answering our questions thoroughly. The entire transaction was smooth, efficient, and very transparent. We definitely recommend Centex Homes.

From the start to very end we were made a priority & everything was taken care of as promised. There was never any doubt or worry we received the best care from Jeremy , always kept us in the loop every step of this process.. Couldn’t be any happier best decision ever!! Thanks to the whole team..

I was pleased with my walk through with the developer representative; however, the sales representative was not very responsive to many questions after we were in contract to purchase. I had to continuously email the sales rep begging for information about the purchase and closing of the purchase.

Everything was great. My only issue was I had asked our builder rep if our yard was going settle and was told it would and it wouldn’t be bumpy. Come to find out our yard was never rolled. So it’s been a bit of headache working with our case manager and communication. But overall my wife and I are happy with our new home.

The people involved showed integrity and did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend

My experience was stressful. My sales person was great until I finally decided to buy. Afterwards, he never responded timely or sometimes not at all. I decided to use their mortgage company and even though I had over an 800 credit score, been on my job over two tears and paid off all my debt I was told I may not qualify and I should not have paid off my debts. That made no since to me. My builder was great and responsive. The quality of paint and carpet is low. Feels like I'm walking on the bare floor no padding. Flat paint that is easily flawed. During the walk through had to have several walls sanded and repainted. The carpet was not tacked down in several places. You have to email for service calls because no one answers the phone. However, they do respond timely to your emails. I love the layout of my home and hope to enjoy it for years to come. If I had known there was going to be 400 plus homes in this Subdivision, I probably would not have bought here and the houses are a little close together. ... More

The whole experience has been great. They communicated and attended to my every need.

We love the house. The construction manager was great as was the sales and title people. There are a couple minor things that I see now that I didn't see in the pre-closing inspection. Nothing that i can't fix easily. i had to call the warranty manager a couple times and she was quick to get us help from the vendors of the products.

The entire experience from the initial selection of a lot and house model, to the closing was excellent. The people we worked with were extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I can't imagine the process going any better, especially considering we were 800 miles away while the house was being built. The house turned out great!

The home is beautiful, everything went absolutely perfect during my time. At first I was overwhelmed, but when I signed and moved in it was all worth the process. The quality of the home is unique, I love everything about the home.
