Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Centex homes to anyone looking for a great townhouse at a very affordable price.

From the beginning to the end I had a very good experience. So far so good with the new build.

The people from the warranty not respond to the orders plus when with did the second walk around they didn't fix anything from the first walk plus the second walk they didn't fix again everything what with mark and we have to leave to do paper work for the house and at the time to come back to the house they didn't fixed that is my experience from you company late respond plus not fix what they promise to fix

Closing was little rush. Closing cost numbers were revealed just 1 hour before closing time. Promotional incentives like refrigerator is not as advertised. There were gutters installed to the model house. Unfortunately they are installed to my unit. This is my first purchase experience and I was not satisfied. I feel like I should have gone with MI homes in the same community. But it was late as I have already committed to centex

Valerie in sales and Robert in inspection/delivery were great. Some hiccups along the way in financing and paperwork before completing sale. Overall good experience.

Jonathan, worked tirelessly during my home construction. He was professional, always on time for the tasks, and he was always caring about client satisfaction. Responsible for the job and making sure quality was a priority.

If there was a way to give 10 gold Stars I would but since there isn’t I would like to give 5 gold stars instead. Thanks for make our first home buying experience easy and smooth.

We are from the north and used to our homes being built to a higher standard.

My experience with Pulte home was fantastic from the beginning of the process to end. My only complaint is that for the first month I was having various issues with the home. With that being said the home is warranted and the issues were resolved quickly.

First, I'd like to say that Harrison came into to mess that should have been addressed before we moved in. There were many items that were not addressed before we moved in. We have for the last 4 weeks been dealing with one issue after another. Just to recap since we moved in the siding removed from both sides of the house. Kitchen side due to a bow in the wall. Bedroom side due to the AC unit 220 installed on the opposite side of the AC unit. Note I requested this be fixed before we moved in. I was told the AC unit is now moved to the side of the house where the 220 is. What I was not told was now you have a copper line wrapped around your house. If this wasn't bad enough we turn on the AC when we moved in and it wasn't working. We have have Smith heating and AC come out and it wasn't even finished being installed. Now the bow in the kitchen wall the drywall was taken off and bow was fixed. The wall in turn was refinished. Reinstalled the back splash and the wall was still bowed. So, the wall is taken apart again with more drywall removed & redone again. The wall is still not perfect but we have had enough. We had to have an electrician come out twice as now all the outlets on the kitchen wall are too far back to put the faceplates on. Also, the wall is so bowed that the trim at the bottom of the cabinet will not cover the opening. If we are not already upset we hire someone to install a standard storm door. The installer proceed to show me how crooked the opening is. The storm door cannot be installed at its current state. As I am looking at the opening there is also a substantial bow inside the house by the opening of the door. The more we look at the house it is obvious there is lack of any quality control or pride in building our house. The $408, 000 we paid for this house seems to be a bad investment. Whoever is reading this I would hope will contact us before we decide to contact someone outside your organization legally. Note my rating we generous even after all we have been going through. The house we moved out of was built in 1996 & I wouldn't trade it for our current house. ... More

I had such a great experience with Centex. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. They are very responsive and Blane and Doug made this whole experience enjoyable!

In the first month of moving in we're finding issues with electrical, internal structure etc. The door frames are cracking up. The seam cracks are showing on the walls within a month. Our previous house was also a new construction and we did not face those issues.

The sales agent was great, after we moved in or after purchasing the home, it became very hard to get any assistance from Centex representative. No response from the customer service number we were given. We still have issues that need fixing, the post inspection guys never showed up either in two consecutive appointments.

The overall process was well done with the team. The only challenge has been with our oven which has been unuseable to a repair. We may end up having to replace the unit already as the igniter is out.

The whole buying and closing experience was awesome

This is our first time buying a home so we did not know much about it. We are big on communication and professionalism. And that's exactly what everyone that worked with this did; communicate greatly starting with Michelle who showed us our forever home. She was honest, transparent, but most of all posituve and very professional. We greatly appreciate everything and are happy campers.

I love almost everything about my house. However, the only reason I wouldn’t go all out to give 5 stars for everything is because I don’t like the way the backyard was built.

Really good experience and Quality construction. Beautyful house, nice layout. I felt in love with this house, on my first walk. The house have everything I wanted. Convenient location- easy access to freeways, really good neighbors!
