Warrant department isn’t very responsive. Otherwise, overall, we’ve been super happy with the process, the build, and the home!

Recruiter/Builders were really helpful and easy to work with. They kept us updated on every point and listen to our need. Really easy to work with!

I would never again buy a home from them, this has been a nightmare. I felt like we moved to a used house and not a new house, what you see on line is not at all what you get. Buyer beware. We have lived here less then 30 days and already have a list of issues not done well, or not yet fixed. Even on move in day, there were concrete chunks in the yard, the sod was horrible, the glass doors where all full of scratches, there is a soft section in the floor, paint was bad in multiple places, back dorr rubbed the paint right off. Strongly subbest using a different buyer. Even the sales lady who was so adamant about closing on that day (to get her incentive I am sure, has not contacted us, come by or anything since the day we picked up keys, and at that she was not here to get keys, go elsewhere ... Excellent service very very friendly staff and attention

Chad was fantastic. He seemed to genuinely want to make sure we were 100% happy with the home we were getting. He went over each corner and crevice with detail to be sure nothing was missed

Still soon to review only a few weeks in

Initially, everything went smoothly and we were optimistic. However, as time passed, the process became increasingly stressful and unreliable. It felt like we were initially promised the world, but then faced excuse after excuse for why they couldn't fulfill their promises. We discovered that the construction manager had provided false information, and we are currently working with the warranty team to address these issues. Unfortunately, the construction manager's attitude was condescending and made me feel belittled, as if I was being treated as unintelligent or irrational. Furthermore, the sales manager failed to follow up during and after the closing process, showing no interest in our satisfaction. Recently, I greeted her with a friendly wave, but she responded with a blank stare and no acknowledgement, despite making direct eye contact. On another note, the floors are terrible quality. ... I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

We were able to view the home and any problems were noted and repaired before closing. Closing went well.

Even is fine for living.

Jordan and David are awesome. They made the transition so seamless and positive. Keep up the great work.

Excellent responsiveness to issues and great build quality so far. We'll continue to recommend Pulte and Centex.

I find it a great safe and very spacious area for all families

The process was extremely smooth and moved along very quickly. The new construction is as expected with some minor flaws from the builders, but that’s to be expected. So far, enjoying our new home.

The quality is not that great. For e.g. the door between garage and entrance to the room had a gap at the bottom and same as in the front entrance door.

The home buying process, from a first time buyer experience, was overall smooth. There was some pressure to buy from the leasing office when we were not ready or if the items online did not match what was in the house. Overall, the home inspection went smooth and all of the items were address that we agreed upon.

Austin addressed the issues we had at the walk thru and took care of them in a timely manner. The experience of buying a Centex home was great and we really enjoy the new home. I would like to say it would be nice to pick out extra items if possible( like roof access ladders, shutters) Thank You

So, I purchased a home with Centex. The Centex Sales Staff and Builders were excellent. Unfortunately, the Pulte Lending staff were not very knowledgeable and dragged their feet for 30 days, literally asking for documents that I would have to obtain from a California court at the 11th hour, in which would cause me to miss my closing date. Also, I suggested a 45 day escrow but Pulte lending insisted on 30 days. After observing Pulte lending mishaps, too many to name in this revuew, I finally decided that the $10k towards closing on my Centex home purchase was not worth it and went with another lender who got me approved in 2 weeks, only missing my closing date by 2 weeks. ... Everything went smooth and no hiccups

Great experience so far. Everyone we’ve been in contact with has been great.

So far I love my new home it's very beautiful, spacious, comfortable it is very much worth it.
