I was terrified going into buying my first home. We found the perfect floor plan but had to wait for it to be available. It was sooner then we thought and we were quickly in the buying process. Everyone we spoke to was truly amazing. Michelle sold us and answered all of our questions at any time. Showed us the model built at a new community. Made sure we were comfortable. Derek with Pulte Mortgage processed our loan and was extremely knowledgeable. I really felt like he was in it to help US, and it was smooth sailing through finance. Robert was our construction manager and jumped through hoops to hit our closing deadline and still build to a high quality standard. He was extremely detailed in our walk throughs and found things I would have never seen. I just moved in and our home is beautiful. I love my new Ibis home. Construction managers Tony and Joe were excellent and built me a beautiful home. The neighborhood even includes a pool and internet in the HOA dues which are only $75 a month. There is a radon issue which I had to address myself because it was not quite a 4 but I found a good contractor and now I can sleep at night!

Justin was in charge of our final walk-through and he was amazing! He informed us on registering our appliances and how to utilize everything from the sprinkler system to the cooling system of the home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout our home buying final process. Justin always made himself available to us even after hours in assisting us. Thank you Justin. If I can rate this employee 5 stars alone I would!

The entire team which helped us through the process was amazing. From Jake, Tristen, Mike and Jessy. Even our pup knows Tristen because he's gone over and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. I have no complaints.

The home buying process with Centex Home was great. We haven't purchased a house in almost 30 years this time around was so much smoother.

Overall it was a good experience, except for the things that should have been repaired prior to doing the walk thru.

My experience with my Centex new home purchase was flawless. I chose to go this direction as I would like to leftover funds for traveling etc, rather than have all my money go to a house note. I’m 100% happy with the neighborhood my new home is in. I chose the Windrow subdivision as it is a great balance between country & city living. You are minutes away from both living here & close to anything you could possibly need, great area…

s that have risen up in my first months of moving my new home have been great. If there was any kind of problem they were fixed in better then a timely fashion. In fact one night I couldn't get my garage to function correctly and Patrick saw me trying to remedy the problem, Stopped to say he say a few other doors that had the same issue. Socket in hand it was fixed in no time at all. Watching the garage door contractor came in handy.......BTW It was north of 7PM. All is good on my end. As long as you keep good employees it will continue I love it here

The loan process literally took until the week before I moved in which was 2 months after my application. I understand processes take a while, but better communication and site updating would be great. Waiting last minute like that ended up costing more to move then if I had a couple weeks to prepare. Workers were still working on homes around me. This led to trash being blown into my yard everyday, plus waking on my newly laid sod. Which coincidentally isn’t growing. I can also say that the port a potty in the yard didn’t help, but also stunk. Maybe I am picky, but the port a potty would have been moved down to another construction area before I laid the sod and a barrier fence should have been put up to prevent the trash before I had to call and say something. The gutters are blocked with trash, we still pick up trash daily from the yard and street, and the run off behind the houses is filled with building material trash. There are a lot of kids around here. Keeping the street clear of rocks and nails would be considerate. Also, driving slower would be appreciated. Two other major issues found before I even made a payment. My handrail for the stairs is not properly mounted and the ceiling above the AC, the paint is cracked and you can see a gap. Other than these issues so far, working with Ruben and Kara was the best part. They were always available and easy to speak with. They did what they could to ensure my concerns were addressed as quickly as possible before the move in. ... More

Krysta was amazing. She kept us informed and answered all of our questions. Anthony did such job explaining how our house works and got people to correct that little things that needed attention.

Connor was such a huge help in everything! The house overall is great. Nice location right off the highway in LaGrange!

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

So many things wrong. Even thing that were blue taped at final walk through weren’t finished. Have been ghosted by warranty rep. Be ready for a fight.

Everything post purchase was cool. I really appreciate Bryan and his work ethic along with being committed to the customer.

Home is very nice but finishing touches seemed to have been rushed. There was a busted out dry wall and unfinished woodwork in my kitchen counter. Warranty doesn't work on weekends (which is the only time I'm available). There were scratches on BOTH bathroom tubs and warranty hasn't even responded to that complaint
