Great new home buyers experience. Everyone was on point. They laid out every step. I love my new home for its value. Builder (contractor) made himself very accessible. He was very knowledgeable. New home buyers this a lovely neighborhood.

The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. The only issue i had was with the disrespectful underwriter lady who talked down to me the entirety of the conversation then hung up on me. Not everyone you deal with are ignorant and unintelligent. If I want my house in my family trust, put it in my family trust. Dont try to belittle, talk down or disrespect me in the process. I just paid for my house straight cash how dare they try to disrespect me, my family or my realtor. Terrible follow through

I know prices are insane for houses right now, but for over four hundred thousand dollars, I would hope to have better quality. Supposed to have my broken window and screen fixed before I moved in, but still haven't done it. Cabinets are all crooked, windows aren't level, and I could go on and on. Just bad quality overall. Too many shortcuts were taken and it shows.

I dealt with Pulte Homes, and it was a good experience

Dealing with Pulte mortgage was a pleasure as the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Same dealing with Pulte Insurance, friendly knowledgeable and experienced staff. Both the mortgage and Insurance portions of Pulte were awesome and if it stopped right there my ratings above would be all 5's.. However, I don't share the same feelings about Pulte Financial. Great buying experience with Centex

Buying a new home can be very stressful but Centex made my experience almost stress-free. It started with the sales person Delante, who was very helpful with getting me the terms that worked for me. Then Adam, the construction manager explained everything about the house and made himself available for questions and/or concerns. All-in-all, I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

The construction manager Justin was great. Finance was helpful but had to go through a lot. The centex manager Derek was rude.

Buying our Centex home was mine and my husband's first time buying a home. Throughout the experience, our realtor Brianna, and Perla and Mike at Pulte were extremely helpful in ensuring the experience was smooth despite the mound of paperwork, and worked with us to improve the quality of our home from our first sales walkthrough to the final blue tape walkthrough, to closing day. Each one of them showed us they truly care about us, instead of just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to buy a home!

We chose to use their financing and insurance. It was very affordable and easy. We had a problem getting some documents in a timely fashion. Their team was very patient with the process. I believe most other sellers would have pulled the deal but Pulte,/Centex stayed the course. We love our new home and neighborhood. Everyone has been very kind and accommodating.

Very Happy with Our Builder

We love our home. No home is perfect, but any issues were immediately addressed by the construction manager, who is very responsive. Our sales agent was also the best and has kept in touch with us even after settlement. Had some issues with the mortgage company, but overall we are pleased with the experience.
