Overall a good experience except for the closing attorney was awful. I have bought several properties, this group had the worst communication ever.

It was great during the build.try to get out there as much as you can during construction.

While buying process everyone were so nice, acting like they are your best friends. But after closing, Edward, the guy who does walk through, not even picking up phone now. I regret that I signed paperwork. A/C unit is not capable to keep the house cold. House it self gas a lot of deficiencies, materials used are cheapest and build quality is absolutely terrible. Even brand new Water heater is not working. Centex is a huge disappointment!!!

It was an amazing experience with CENTEX, especially with the Construction Manager, Justin! He did everything to please us and meet our requests and needs. Really a great person! Jeffrey who participated in the sale was also very kind! I am very satisfied with the house and look forward to buying more houses with CENTEX/Pulte.

I love my new house Builders were so nice

I was a first time homebuyer that was really nervous about buying in the current market. The Centex team at Cinco lakes was honest and friendly from start to finish. They made me confident in my purchase, and I'm really happy in my new home. They not only ensured I knew what I was buying, but they also gave me a primer on how to properly care for my home. Should I purchase another home in the future, I'd be very pleased if Centex was an option.

The process went went great. Because of the timing to build, hurricanes, worker shortages and supply demands caused the build to take longer but we knew that from the start. A quality job. Our construction manager and agent kept us informed regularly and sent us progress photos during the building process. The quality of workmanship was tremendous. The design center meeting was made easy. We would use Centex/Pulte again if we were to build. This is our Forever Home at Cedar Grove. Welcome Home!

The over all purchase was easy and seamless. They stayed in contact the entire time. There were a few issues that were found and micheal the project manager did help me. But the backyard was left a mess with trash from the builders. The grass that was placed in the front yard is patchy because the landscapers brought dead grass. I watered as much as I was supposed to. And paid someone to come flatten it so it would actually grow. There was no effort out in with that grass. Everything else was pretty good. It’s a good home overall.

The most innovative property, with all your family needs, will definitely take this journey again if the opportunity arises.

I wrote Matthew Newkham an email with pictures on 07/24 with no response as of yet. I extremely disappointed with my home and will not recommend Centex to any of my family and friends.

In the beginning I was very pleased with everything. But about 3 weeks living at our new house there suddenly was an issue where we noticed the baseboard in the master restroom seperating from the wall. We knew right away it was due to water. We called pulte right away & they had someone one come out and cut a piece of the wall open. They realized the pipe for the AC was literally broken. The water had spread through half the restroom causing them to have to cut the entire wall down & remove our cabinets because they also got water damage. This was in may. They had them come out and put the wall back over the next few weeks. We had to wait for them to bring back the cabinets which they eventually did & we’re told the side and bottom parts were ordered & that It was going to be a 2-3 week wait. We are like on week 6 now. They hadn’t had a plumber come out to put the sink and toilet back since they removed these things since the first day, & we just kept waiting & waiting which seemed odd cus there shouldn’t be any issue at this point to put it back. We are 2 months in now, still don’t have a toilet or working sink in the master bathroom & I finally decided to say like hey are you guys just waiting for the day they come out again or what? The manager Ana, that we been working with was literally confused when I told her we still didn’t have our toilet. Up until this point we have been completely patient but it’s starting to get ridiculous so my husband finally told her some things. The weird thing is without even asking which days would be ok to schedule us for the plumber she just scheduled it & said here you go. Like how do you know if we will be home or not? But anyway my husband told her he gets home first at 2 and we could do it then. She keeps saying they can’t but it’s pretty ridiculous considering the fact that we both have already missed so much work and left early to be here for all these appointments & now they literally don’t want to work with us on when a plumber can come out. It’s honestly such a joke. Their communication is trash, and literally no compassion at all. Can’t even get an apology out of the manager. Like literally you buy an expensive home and then to be dealing with not having a toilet for 2 months. & then for them to make it seem like we’re being difficult because weve already taken too many days off & now you want me to again because YOU forgot to send out a plumber the last time I already took a day off for this. I would literally say buy anywhereeeeeeee else. ... More

Lenders are not professional enough for the financial process of buyers lives while they work through the process together so use outside funds for this neighborhood

Every thing looks good and beautiful

This has been an amazing buying experience. The staff from the beginning of the process to even after closing, have been nothing short of amazing. I definitely recommend them for your home buying purchase.

Overall it was a good experience. Wish I had more time for corrections and walk throughs. I still believe I would go through it all again because everyone that I have spoken to has always been willing to help.

Centex was very communicative, answers all your questions no matter how bizarre, or regardless of your experience level buying homes. The most important part of buying a home for me was wondering how the experience we had with them up to closing would change if any after buying. The Centex team is still responsive, professional - we enjoy it.

the home is good

It is good for budget, The finishing materials are not great and is very budget oriented. The TV output is only one and none available in upper floor. The heat water is coming very late. The Lawn was not watered well before handover.

Overall sales process and the walk through process was very good. Morrgage team and the process need to improve so much.

Centex home is reliable company, building within strong quality process.

Customer service during the building process was excellent and now after we moved in it’s been great!
