I’ve build serval houses in multiple cities with different builders and that by far as been our best experience. The information was very transparent and upfront with the sales office. Big shout out “Kudos” to Ryan - fantastic sales person and incredibly knowledgeable. He never made me feel pressured or persuaded to buy anything. We From a design perspective big Thank You to Daniel ( Designer). He’s a real true interior designer and artist! He gave us really great feedback and helped bring it all together. From a construction perspective if you’re lucky to hav Ray as your project manager you can rest assured that he’ll deliver a beautiful product. I made my first home purchase in the USA at Centex/Pulte and my experience was unfortunately pretty bad. My house came with no refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, curtains, cabinet handles. In addition, irrigation does not work right, a lamp has already fallen in 2 months, shower loosened, among other problems.

Sub standard quality of work and material. Not qualified worker or supervisor except one per I dealt with.

From start to finish everything was done with care and professionalism. Christa took the time to takes videos of several houses for us because we were out of town and needed to view them before our final selection. The construction manager Karl explained how everything in the new house worked and told us about the unmatched warranty Pulte provides. We are trying to buy a second home from Pulte because we liked the first one so much.

When I first looked at the Centex Cinco Lakes neighborhood I noticed the land scaping was terrible, but I figured it was just the lawn not that important. Wrong. When I did my final walk through the builder Mark told me they'd have the grass in by closing or a couple of days after. It took almost a month of weekly/daily calls with a clay mud yard, white carpet, and two dogs. If I didn't work from home the number of times I'd been misled to think they were coming tomorrow would have cost me my job if I'd had to take off work. On top of that the irrigation system never seemed to stop having leaks. It also started raining and the ground soil was being washed away to the point I had a giant sink hole next to my driveway. After a month grass has finally been put in but now it's lumpy and uneven and collecting mosquitoes in wet spots as the neighbors irrigation flows straight through my yard and the builder is not fixing it because landscaping is not covered under their warranty even though I wouldn't have this issue if they had not waited so long to put in grass and had properly graded the yard. Do not recommend Centex as a builder and the mortgage company was also terrible. They behave as if they are doing you a favor offering you their over priced services and have no customer service or initiative. ... More

I bought a "quick move-in" home in the development. Everything was done and ready for move in by the time I got involved. The blue-tape walk-through and final review of the home was great. The builder has been very responsive to all my follow up questions. Great experience. Very happy with the home.

The foundation and materials used to build the house were builder grade but I hope everything was done at least up to code for anything our inspector couldn’t see. As far as the quality of the work we can see, it is very poor. There is not a single room, door, trim, cabinet, or wall that doesnt have a mistake. I keep dividing areas as well that just weren’t painted like underneath the vent that you can’t see if you’re standing…how clever. Had an electrical issue when I first moved in and it took so long for them to respond I paid and got it fixed myself. Centex and Pulte take advantage of people by the incentives for money put down but the work done to build these homes is average at best. Centex needs to do better. ... More

The process was fairly easy. Hopefully you have a computer because everything is done online.

EVERYONE WAS GREAT AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.

Sales Rep Rob not reliable at all Only contacts you when something is needed Main manager Ian, even worst at addressing customer needs. They treat home owners as if they are dumb and have no idea how things work and Zero appreciation. Homes not built with quality and many issues with the home.

The experience has been bad thus far. However, I have been ghosted after having some issues with the extended warranty on couple of my appliances. Additionally, I have complained about the standing water within my yard, which is still under warranty I must had, but still no one had made the effort to come and get this situated. I am getting the sense that they are doing as much as they can to not honor this warranty.

People ar Centex are very nice. The contractors they hire are junk. Only lived in my house for a month and a half and had the A/C people out 3 different times. There is no quality control. A/C drain lines were run backwards. Also have bad the electrical out once to change breakers because they said they are bad out of the box. Don't believe it but time will tell. Again quality sucks. Now I have a water leak and now will have water damage. Poor, poor ,poor quality. They just want your money.

Excellent construction very high quality and perfect fit for my house.

Our experience with Centex was all positive. We have owned several homes during our lifetime including a custom built house with an excellent small builder, and we were surprised to find a large firm like Centex/Pulte treating us like our small, custom builder. Very responsive customer service after we moved in which to me is the measure of the builder: how they treat you after the deal is done.

In general terms, my family and I are very satisfied with our house, I recommend doing business with Centex Homes

My address was wrong . My material was wrong . My address was 372 but all my mail was 376 . Can not switch address any where . Because my address is not on system .

The team building our neighborhood, mike in sales and cody in construction are outstanding!!! Unfortunately the product is not great. Barely any grass what was given to us was dead. House was built with. Poor poor poor, materials and is very very noisy due to no insulation in the ceiling. The neighborhood is a disaster, from construction i've had two flat tires in my own yard. Pulte makes centex look bad. But I would use mike and cody for all of my future purchases.

What i can say ether buyer has to make right decision to get new home from you because your excellent and professional in building.
