Outside of the buying experience, which was amazing, and working with the builder, who was on site at the time everything else has been very poor quality. I have several issues or just the ongoing with no timelines and no consistent. Follow up. I’m hoping things improve, but I have already had to spend quite a bit of my own personal money which may not get reimbursed to get things working like my garage door like my washing machine like my security system on and on and on. And for the record, the siding and landscaping was done horribly to begin with, and it shows to this day, which means I will have to spend more money to get that corrected. The quality of materials used and the workmanship get a one star. The cabinetry, flooring, carpets, fencing, and landscaping are of terrible quality. The electrical panel is a 15/20 so I cannot have the lights on and vacuum at the same time without popping the panel. The same thing happens when I have the lights on and want to use several appliances at once in the kitchen such as an air fryer and rice cooker, the panel pops multiple times. I am resetting it 7-8 times each day. I had them come out and they said the panel isn't strong enough to handle what I am doing. This is ridiculous. The "sod" that was put in is basically a blanket of weeds. It is unbelievable. I have called the warranty place multiple times because of standing water on the side of the house and it hasn't been taken care of. The cabinets are cheap and feel like they are going to break at any moment. The handles are all crooked and are noticeably off. The homeowners association is super controlling and requires "permission for backyard gazebos, landscaping, and fence stain, including requiring the name of the landscape company. Yet, they allow the "sod" that is used in the new build to be a blanket of weeds. The project manager was great to work with and when we did the blue tape walk through was great. However, there were things that were not taken care of and I eventually gave up on them. The one highlight through this process was my realtor, Alex. He was absolutely amazing. Pulte mortgage was aweful and I ended up going with a different lender. I am trying to not have buyer's remorse but to say I am disappointed with the quality is an understatement. ... More

Jonathan building manager was excellent. He was very helpful and made every attempt to fix and correct issues in a timely manner. Our experience and time with him was great. However, there are other area where Centex can improve period. Thanks

Very poor experience as well as home not up to expectations..

My wife and I are truly happy with our experience with Centex. Our house looks great and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this company to everyone, they won’t be disappointed.

The process from initial was stressful, but at the end it was great.

The quality of the Centex home was by far the A-1. With the help of Corbin our Sales Counselor, he got us in the the right house. Corbin was with us every step of the way and Centex held their part all the way to the end. If you are looking to buy a home get with Centex you will not be disappointed.

Excellent, quick and confident service

I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

Low quality shower doors. Rocks all over the area that were never removed, left over wires and trash under the sod.. The Sod can’t grow from all the rocks and materials underneath. Low quality shower doors which both have broken. Counter tops and back splash very low quality. That’s just some of the standards used.. Supervisor inspector did his best for the time and materials given from Sales and management.

Was able to purchase this home for my wife and I we worked with other builder that gave us the run around so they could make more money. But centex helped with financing and helped us get into our first home

I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

We purchased a home that was already close to being finished so our experience is only on the back end. The staff as a whole are very good, friendly, and supportive. However the sub contractors they use to build their homes is poor; contractors they hire do not take pride in their work and it shows everywhere in the home. I understand it's a business so they try to find the cheapest contractor, but at some point there needs to be some venting for QA as the price we pay should reflect the quality of work which due to the people the hire to build the homes isn't there. Once again the staff is amazing, just the workers they hire is not good at all. Suggest buyers who plan to buy a home get one built from the ground up so they can monitor every single detail as the build is going up as buying a home halfway/at the finish line I wouldn't recommend. ... We had a great experience with Centex! Our builder was amazing and responsive prior to and after closing. The warranty team is awesome and are quick to come out and look at a problem. The overall product is great and we love our new house!

we call the construction manager as soon as we started finding issues, the carpenter came and evaluated the details we showed him, he said " we need to replace basically all the doors of the cabinets in the kitchen, and paint them" after that we haven't hear from them, and they are no longer here at the subdivision.
