What I would say is to check EACH appliance to make sure it works. We purchased a washer and dryer, the dryer had the WRONG part hooked up so we had call them back out. The new oven didn't work over Thanksgiving, had to call for service and the ovens heating element WAS NOT plugged in. Had to use a roaster for our dinner for the holiday. But we will give 4 stars overall

My experience with the sales team and their preferred lender was absolutely excellent. Most of the issues we have experienced are on the construction side. Corners cut all over the place, some rooms had to be completely redone with carpet and trim, the final walkthrough process was high-pressure to get you to sign off that the house is 100% done even though there were plenty of glaring flaws to still fix. Please bring an inspector with you on your walkthroughs.

The longer I am in my home the more issues arise. Blinds that are falling down, nail holes in the ceilings, no caulking below baseboard, epoxy split and dried on floor, cracks in the walls appearing...NEVER been so disappointed.

Since I’ve been in my home. Looking at the craftsmanship and the materials everything is on the lowest level. Things were promise from the final inspection that were never completed. Called the builder who was my only contact during the building process over two weeks ago still waiting on a return call.

There's lots of horror stories online about new builds from all companies, so I was hesitant at first going with a new construction but in the end am very happy I did. The whole process can take a while and be stressful at times but at the end of it all i moved into a great home in a great location. Landon was great to work with and sent weekly updates on the building process. He also made sure anything that needed to be touched up got done. I am confident in the quality of the home and also feel good knowing that if anything comes up in that warranty period they will take care of it. Very simple homebuying and homebuilding process -- smooth from start to finish. All milestones were met on time which gave us a good feeling that the home would be ready prior to closing. All materials were of exceptional quality and we could tell that they were professionally installed. Any imperfections in materials or workmanship were repaired or replaced as promised. Our construction manager, Garrett, did a great job of making sure that all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner, When we moved in, our home was clean and tidy with no noticeable imperfections. The sales and supervisors we worked with were great to work with. However, the craftsmanship in the house is pretty terrible. Cheap carpet and floors. Terrible paint jobs inside and out. Everything inside the house looks like it was done by someone who does not take pride in their work.

There were several issues that were very obvious that should have been addressed prior to my taking occupancy. These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the near future. Overall I am happy with my new home.

From Start to Finish the experience was good.

Pulte helped me and my wife with the process of buying our home from start to finish and they were available to help us with all of our questions all of the time. Our builder Shawn always updated us of the progress of the house and did always sent us pictures of the updates and did explained the process at the end when house was finished.

While the home is nice, we are starting to find minor to major issues which I will not type here. I will say that if I had to do it again I would get a home inspector before signing off on the final home inspection.

Nice home for the price

The beginning of the building experience with Centex was less stressful than the end. We had to rush to make design choices as it was a spec home and they had already started the building process. The sales rep, Ryan, was kind and helpful when he could be. Throughout the build process we had construction managers change about 3x and none of them were proactive in reaching out to provide updates on the home progress. We were out of state and was expecting better service as we heard from others who went through this process previously. As we were about 6 weeks away from close, we were in the state and able to visit the house more often. I pointed out things that were wrong or done poorly, but was told the little things would be fixed by the new home orientation (which was 4 days before closing) or closing. I expressed my concern with that as I was worried that they wouldn’t have enough time to address all of the blue taped items in time for closing. We get to the new home orientation for blue tape- spent almost 6 hours going through the house with the blue tape to identify issues. We get to closing and they simply removed a lot of the blue tape without actually addressing the issues. The cleaners actually put additional holes in one of our doors and some walls after we closed and they barely cleaned the house- to be fair the power went out later in the afternoon due to a storm, however, they never came back. We have been going through the process to still have these things corrected now 6 weeks later. Since living in the house we have identified even more issues- walls not being straight (discovered when we went to add a wall to convert a dining room into an office and the opening was not equal), uneven flooring over the concrete slab, drywall not being completely filled in as there are little holes on the walls in several rooms (the paint they chose hides it very well unless you are looking from certain angles), nails sticking out along the trim of the carpet- which we are told that is normal for them to install the tack upwards and we would just hammer them down when we feel it, gaps in the carpet along the baseboards, and so much more. I have several family members looking to move to this area and build, but rest assured they will not be using any of these companies from Centex/Pulte. It is very disheartening especially when spending over half a million on what we wanted to be our forever home, that they couldn’t even have basics of straight walls completed. The overall homebuying experience was great. No complaints there. However, once I closed and moved in to my new home it was near impossible to get anyone on the phone that could actually resolve my issues. Then, the information that I did receive was insufficient or completely wrong. I have been in my home for 3 1/2 months and continue to receive the run around. Each representative I speak with passes the buck and no one seems to have the answers or want to assist. So, if you value a community with representatives that actually respond and care about your concerns, look elsewhere.

I had a perfect location and the price of the premium lot did not go up that much which I am thankful for. However, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't have much options to buy my dream style/design home, so I just kept my first priority which is the location. I appreciate the incentives which a lot of builder/lender have similar offer.

Ryan was (and still is) very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the service we received and very much enjoying our first home so far!

Juan Pablo was easily the best part of our experience. We had heard dreadful stories of people dealing with builders, but JP exceeded our expectations. He walked us through each part of the process and was always available for questions/ concerns.

Very good subdivision..I love it,the houses are very homey..the landscaping in the area is superb. Myra and Cody are very knowledgeable in their work and with good customer service ..

Stephen was on top of all issues and addressed concerns in a timely manner. Every after we moved in!

Fast and easy home buying process. Great first family home we have ever bought and couldn’t complain about anything so far.
