Buying experience is okay and no hassle. The post closing experience is fine. Its a little slow to get response but no major complaints.

Everything seems great so far! There are a few little things but nothing too bad. Our sale rep (Crista) and construction manager (Chip) were amazing! They helped us every step of the way and were always available for any questions we had! They made buying our house so easy!

My home buying experience was super easy… everyone was knowledgeable about information they provided it made the process stress free. I’m enjoying my new home !!! Thank you all!

The house looks very good the law and trees planted is beautiful

My only discontentment was, the counter for the kitchen was not same as the bathroom counters and the selection of styles/design were very limited. Therefore, the materials for the bathrooms such as the counters, shower wall boards, faucets, and light switch for the entire house are very basic and plain. I'm not sure if Centex offers a modern interior material as I wasn't asked. But I should have also requested for an upgraded selection of styles and design of materials.

The homebuying experience was positive. We love our new home. We find the hoa a bit restrictive. Which is disappointing. The home itself is beautiful though.

Great experience being first time home owners

Overall the house is not on the standards that I was expecting. The final product has poor workmanship quality. No attention to detail whatsoever.

The process to buy with Centex was easy. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. They answered questions quickly and made the buying process simple.

We had a great experience building with Centex. We love our home. There have certainly been things that need to be fixed, some details could have been completed better but the team is responsive and comes to fix them when necessary.

Accurate time for closing

Sales rep Jennifer and builder Josh have take care of my issues through the face from contract to closing. Had some hiccups but got addressed later on , mostly satisfied customer

At all times we got help from the builder Chris and the sales agent Michelle, excellent attention

Every one was so nice to me and my husband. They answered all our questions and concerns.

Tom was very helpful in moving the process of home buying smoothly. The assigned project manager Rodney was also very helpful.

Lily got me through the considerable amount of needs I had during and after the build process

Kristin was always available to answer questions, just like Ardit. Weekly updates kept us in the loop on schedules and when we could expect things to happen. not only did they keep us informed, but we moved in ahead of the projected completion date! The buying process was so easy, it was almost scary!

Craig has been awesome, from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything during our walkthroughs and made the home build experience very smooth.

I do not recommend anybody buying a home from here. Cheap material

I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.

The quality of the house is NOT close to the Centex Home I bought 20 years ago. The walls are not straight, kick boards look like snakes. Even after three walk throughs, I still find walls are not straight up. So I gave up pointing out the problems. I can show you the issues. My address is 5818 Artcurus, San Antonio, TX 78218. I bought this Pulte Home because of the solid house I bought from Centex/Pulte in Retama Park in 2003. The workmanship back then was great, I had no problems at all for the entire 8 years I lived in it. Because of that experience, I decided to buy this house as investment early this year. This was my first time buying a home, it was a smooth process from start to finish! All my questions got answered in a timely matter and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly.
