The sales person (Kamona) and the construction supervisor during the house inspection (Carter) were great to work with. Centex customer service have been very responsive to the warranty issues (there's always a few things) after moving into the new home. Only thing that stood out in a negative way was the low-end kitchen faucet installed; no hose, no spray option, just a plain, cheap swivel neck faucet. Considering the price of the house and so many details that were well done, could not imagine who decided to save $100 on a decent kitchen faucet. It was overall a pretty smooth experience, although, we lost our sales agent during construction and received limited updates on the construction status. Moving from out of state was grueling but rewarding. Thank you for your assistance.

Our entire process went very well. The builder was incredibly helpful and continues to check in when he sees me outside to make sure things are going well.

We loved working with Centex. As first time homeowner's, they really make the process smooth and equip our homes with fixtures we wouldn't get from other builders such as blinds, sprinkler system, etc. We would recommend them to any of our friends or family members.
