Worst home buying experience ever. The only thing that made this experience worth it was the construction manager behind upfront, honest, and handled every issues as quickly as possible.

Branden was very helpful and kept me updated on the construction. He was very responsive. Nathan and the team assisted very well as well.

Back yard is not leveled, it looks like everyone was in hurry and they supposed to work the way they built 2 years ago.

Overall pleased, they did a good job building my home.

The builder I worked with is Chris and Athena, and they are super-r-r nice and responsible. THe diligence and responsiveness made my house purchase and the move-in go much easier and happier. All my concerns had been resolved immediately. I really had an amazing-g-g experience with Chris, Athena and Haverhill Farms Community from the beginning to the end. All my best to Centex teams!

Unfortunately, l was not able to be present throughout the construction process, but Justin kept me informed of everything through out the entire process. Justin is very dependable and responsive to any request fairly quickly. I was very nervous as this is my first home but with all the information given to me by Justin I felt as ease and everything was seamless. In addition to Justin, Pat was alway pleasantly and readily available to answer and clarify any questions I had. I would like to thank Justin and Pat for helping go through this process smoothly.

Initially signed in 2021 * low interest rates drew me in* took over 1 year to complete. Interest rates doubles by then and no compensation made. Alot of issues were identified in the beginning of build process (framework time frame)which were "fixed" but are now causing issues post move in. Initially, the quality of thr home seemed great. After 3-4 days of living in the home, the real quality was exposed. Doors falling off hinges, toilets backing up, showers clogging, issues with Irrigation system, paint peeling, Hvac..the trim to cabinets seem to be hanging on with tape and glue. The quality and workmanship is very very very sloppy. I've put in claims to warranty and they are slowly addressing the issues. There are constant water leak issues all around the centex side so im waiting for it to start at my home. ... More

Amazing, wonderful experience with Centex

Buying and sales experience was very smooth and construction manager was keep updating us throughout process. But we close last month and we already have a huge underground leak costing us high water bill. Warranty is very slow to respond and after multiple emails and calling on emergency numbers finally they start taking this leak seriously. I hope it gets fixed anytime soon.

I have a lot to appreciate this company like the neighborhood and the house manager(Mark) are two of the main things I would like to appreciate Mark has really great responsive tendencies he is always there to help with issues and even if he can’t he always tries his best to satisfy customer and for that I would like to thank him. Something that left me with a sour taste in my mouth is the fact that after 30 of you moving in they are supposed to come to do a walk though in your house and that is a part of the contract but they never showed up. we I did I told them that when I moved in my grass in the back yard was not leveled and looked horrible but when I told them about it they kept telling me somebody will come to fix it and I would wait but no one would show it took me having to keep to call them every single day then when they did send someone the said that they didn’t have enough material to fix it and he never came back and now I’m stuck with this big backyard that is not leveled and honestly looks horrible. ... Wish they would have installed cable/Ethernet outlets in all the rooms.

My Builder Julio was such a sweet heart. Any time I had a question he was quick to answer it, or at least always tried to find the answer if he didn’t know. He called every week with updates on the home and kept me informed about inspections. Julio takes a lot of pride in his work as well as his team. My home turned out beautifully with no issues after moving in. Thank you Julio!

This centex builder is not Upto the mark. They are building the homes to sell it fast. They are not looking for the quality of the house. The engineers working for centex are not professionally qualified and they mostly don’t know how to build the house but they are doing that. They are asking the buyer to close the house without completing the home and the buyer mostly don’t know about few things and they are rush to close because of the time limits.

We have been concerned with all the repairs that have been necessary in a new constructed home. Our experience with the construction managers has been outstanding. Don’t think we would purchase another Centex home.

Overall the house is great. My only issue was been the quality on two parts of the house, the first and main one is the fence, its cleary visible they just rushed to put up a fence, its not aligned straight at all, its obvious they used the cheapest materials they got their hands on and to top it off the corner of my fence just pops open its easily one of the worst built fence I have seen and im not the only who thinks that because the neighbors have expressed the same. The second is the grass same with the fence just seemed to be rushed. Another issue I have had was to get any response time to resolve issues I have had at my home, I been there almost two months and I have yet to get anybody to fix the flooring and garage wall issues that I have reported since the moment we moved in, my wife has taken off 3 days because they only tell me they will go and they never do, I have called again and asked for a date that they can assure me they will come and get fixed and I get told they cannot give a certain date. The entire home buying process was very pleasant. They sent timely updates. They paid attention to details. Very professional team, delivered a great product.

From day one with Troy as our sales person,to Andrew as our project manager, to closing everything went very smoothly. Everyone was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable. They all listened to my questions and answered them within a day or so. My house is so well built. I have changed a few things as I wanted to make it my own. Centex is by far a home you can be proud to own.

Our builder was super nice and personable. She herself owns a Centex home and wanted the best for our home owning experience.

We had an amazing experience with Mr. Trent Salzer, he was so helpful, accommodating and patient with us, as first home buyers, he explained the whole process, and kept checking on us, how were doing! Thanks for everything ! You’ll forever be part of our life story Trent!

We really have great experience with Centex. Robyn was so helpful and I'll give Brandon 10 stars. He was very thorough, receptive and addressed questions/ concerns.

Skylar, Mark, and Ani embodied the definition of responsiveness, punctuality and transparency. They were all easy to do business with. Brian on the other hand seemed quite untrained, unresponsive, and frankly misleading (talking in circles without it giving a straight answer specifically). Although I do not hold Brian accountable to his lack of training, that’s his management teams job. He is responsible for taking ownership of providing clear and concise data, which he did not do without a push every conversation. Overall, I would rate the entire experience a 4 out of 5 stars.

I'm just going to say the project leads Cody, and Abbi seriously dropped the ball on our home. We were forced to close or be charged an additional 500$ a day until closing. We are 46 days past our closing and we haven't finished moving in due to long list of punch-list work that needs to be completed. The quality of finishing work is abysmal, and even after 3 attempt of I-worc trying to fix their horrible paint/caulk job we are hopefully going to get results from a new sub-contractor. When the best that our project lead Abbi can say to us is that your house is livable there is a problem. I'm not going to go through some rant here because there is hope as we are working now with Brian who is coordinating the repairs and we greatly appreciate his efforts. I just wish they took time to finish the home before forcing us to close. Also working with Jill was a pleasure as well. ... More
