The on site management has been responsive to our needs and helpful with questions and resolutions to any problems that have come up after our initial occupancy. All issues have been addressed with a timely and professional approach. This is the second home I have had built. My first experience was positive, but this experience surpassed it.

I was very pleased that I was checked in from the contractors on site to make sure everything after moving in was going well. The sellers were nice when asked questions regarding closing dates.

Pocket doors should be use in master bathroom

We had a great building experience with Centex. Our team of people throughout the build was great! They made sure to resolve issues quickly and effectively. We have been in our home for a month and love it!

I love my new home and was so impressed with my builder Everett! He went above and beyond my expectations when making sure that I was happy with my home!

Entire team worked together to ensure house was ready. Field Manager always followed through on all requests and was always available to answer questions.

The quality of the materials used appears to better than an average build in Florida. The construction bosses are very available and responsive to questions and concerns. The scheduling of the various subcontractors keeps the build process moving along in a very efficient manner. Since moving in we've had no major issues and just a few minor issues that are scheduled to be resolved. We would recommend a Pulte/Centex home to any of our friends.

Some cheap parts. Kitchen sink is equivalent to trailer house sink. Not enough closet space. Option of double rods in closet would be nice with a 9 ft. ceiling

Overall we are very pleased with the final out come of our home. We were provided biweekly updates of where they were in the build process. They made sure we had all the information we needed as first time home owners. They even checked on us after closing to see if there was anything we needed. I would definitely recommend Centex to anyone. We are loving our house and neighborhood.

I am very pleased with my new home and with the home-buying process with Centex. They are timely, friendly, and helpful. The builders did a pretty good job keeping me informed and updated. The only issue I have really had so far is that I closed on my home about seven weeks ago and have yet to receive the "touch-up" paint that I was told would be available after closing. Aside from that, I am still excited and happy to have had my home built by Centex!

It was fun yet stressful. Our building manager was AMAZING. He had high expectations and held his workers to them through out the process. I do think some changes would help, as far as the tubs and stuff being in the home were full of construction materials and stuff, so I've noticed scratches on them and that's not something I noticed through a walk through.

Our home was part of the builder’s inventory so they needed to sell quickly. They worked with us and our realtor every step of the way. The process was easy and the home was everything we were hoping for. And on final walk through, I was very impressed with the knowledge the representative had about everything in the house. He walked us through how every appliance works, all flooring/siding/etc details and how to care for them, sprinkler system...EVERYTHING. We moved in knowing how our house. The only things I would say against the home are 1-the air conditioner drain pipe was constructed in such a way that the water spilled over and ended up leaking through to the bottom floor. However, the customer care team was quick to send out a repair man and fix the problem. And 2-the paint used on the walls throughout the home seems to pick up every scuff and mark possible. Being a flat paint, it does not hold up well with moving furniture in or with children in general. We will definitely need to repaint everything with a tougher finish. We love the road connection system that makes downtown Orlando minutes away. Its vegetation, its pure air and the combination of rural life and the city, is a perfect combination

Looked at many other home builders and chose. Quality homes for less.

We had a wonderful friend Manager named Blake who was super responsive and so helpful while we had our home build 750 miles away. It was a great experience.

In general is really good, just sometimes we have to insist to Alan (Field Manager) to resolve a few things on the house.

Sales agent was outstanding, provided all the needed information to help us make our decision to buy home.

I'm happy to have purchased my first townhome in Rego Palms. I had a pleasant experience thanks to Dwane and Dawn the Centex on-site managers. They were very attentive, personable and ensuring that any issues will be resolved timely; which they were. I'm happy to have made my first townhome purchase a Centex built home :)

overall the buying experience was pleasant

Working with design center could have been better. On two occasions we had to pay for their mistakes. Working with our lead builder John F. Was great. He really made experience go smooth and we was able to trust him. Overall great experience.

Someone will always get through to uou.

My home is beautiful. There were just two things that were supposed to be taken care of that weren't. Hopefully those two things will still be able to be fixed,as promised. Other than that, my home is just perfect.
