Great people to work with

Purchase price was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Build was ahead of schedule. PM was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure my build experience was above expectations. Y only negative comment is that any upgrade you made was way over priced and over inflated my home value. What started out as a 285k house quickly turned into 400k which didn’t include any upgrades I made after my move in.

Overall great

From Laura to Chris, everyone associated with the buying and building of my home was very attentive and helpful. Corporate was also instrumental in assisting with any concerns. Very happy and excited to be living in this community.

The agent and staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All questions or concerns were addressed so quickly. The Centex team from initial showing to final closing made my experience comfortable, easy and stress free. Thank you much!

Our Home is Awesome

Everything was great. It did though take a while for them to come back out and fix some things that were not done prior to closing. But it was ok with me because I didnt move it right away.

We are first time homeowners and expected a big heartache while purchasing. Centex made this experience easy. When we moved in there was an issue with the electrical in our master bedroom but they sent an electrician out in the same week and the problem is fixed.

A dire warning to anyone: DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage, you will never run into a bigger nightmare. Please Google "Pulte Mortgage Reviews" and decide for yourself. That probably disqualifies my review from being posted but I'm just being honest. But the homes are a great value. Very few issues came up throughout the entire process and they addressed them promptly. We love our new home and the community.

Good overall. But there were little details that could have been better.

As a new home owner understandably we anticipated maybe a minor issue here or there that would need to be addressed. Luckily the few things that needed to be touched up or addressed were usually handled within 24 hours of me putting in my request even after moving in.

We love our home! The builder paid close attention to detail and even though we bought a "spec" home there was nothing we wanted or needed to change.

Overall a good buying experience, Pulte needs to be more willing to make changes, buyer paid upgrades as requested by a buyer when it comes to their spec quick delivery homes. We also had no success at requesting an actual walkthru after doing a virtual one. We asked no less than 3 times but those responsible for doing that never made the time for us.

Inferior cabinetry kitchen and baths. Baths did not include medicine cabinets or shower curtain rods. No cabinets or sink in laundry room . No ceiling fans. Exterior paint flaking off. Very loud AC unit.

So we are happy that we got to move to a brand new home. They made it easy for us to qualify. I'm however not so happy about the pricing of almost 400k not only because of the little amount of land and construction but the quality of materials on the construction seems very cheap and we can start we the tile or ceramic on bathrooms and laundry room. Also on the surrounding of the property, the construction crews didn't clean so well and there are still some trash that we had to pick up. So if the price would have been less, then the price would make sence but to me 400k for the quality of materials doesn't make sence. ... More

Not happy with response time with a water leak. Going to take 7 days to get a repair person to house meanwhile money/water going down sewer.

The process of getting the loan and the house was smooth, but some areas like painting, sealing electrical pipe connections, sealing under door and joining in corners and getting those little things was not given enough attention.

I believe other home buyers would be pleased with this process, and purchase.

I had no issues having access to the home while it was being build. Any issues were address promptly. They did their best when we had a conflict with the closing date and getting the walkthrough timely.

For instance, my outside backyard filled with trashes(I cleaned it) and no grass has been planted outside fence, heavy rains comes up, all the ground debris and muds comes to my backyard.

The experience of being a first time buyer was great. However the paint job in the home could have been much better after moving in we noticed that paint was on the cabinets in the kitchen.

The floor is already cricking

Overall, it was an interesting, exciting, and an amazing experience; right from the first person I met to the last during walk through and closing were all impressive. Especially the young man we met in the office and the builder Rodney. I’m glad with my decision, hoping I will not have any reason to state otherwise in the future or regret my decisions. So far so good.
