We came around and did the blue tape portion of the walkthrough and I am not sure much has been corrected as there are cracks in the walls, the carpet is coming up, the master bath toilet has issues and so on. I am putting in a ticket today because I want everything fixed.

Great experience! Worth the price

It was a good experience overall but i could be better !

Overall our experience with Centex was really smooth and effortless but I think it had a lot to do with our build manager, Kolby. We haven’t had any problems since but others haven’t been so fortunate. Through the build process some of my neighbors and friends really had some problems that they had to jump through hoops to get fixed or the warranty department has been a nightmare to work with. Like I mentioned before we haven’t had any problems yet and hopefully don’t but hopefully they can step up and do better all around for the community.

The whole purchase process was acceptable, the bad thing was the communication from the field manager, he did not report that the house would change the position of the garage from left to right.

Final finishes are lagging in quality

Being in the home building industry years back, I know what to look for in the craftsmanship in a new home and the contractors being used on these homes are not skilled in their trade, at least in my case, they weren't. Overall the home buying experience was easy and everyone was very transparent and understanding.

The overall process was smooth and great, we received updates and communication was open. There is small issues we noticed after moving in that have yet to be resolved. We have not had anyone “checking” in on these issues.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with and everything was on time and communicated. We have had a handful of issues in our home and we are still waiting to hear back. We have water damage on our window sill, one of our windows need to be replaced, and also our bottom lock to one of our doors does not match our key. Everything else has been great though.

She handled our approval process with excellence!!!! Was very professional and passionate about helping us!!!!

Please is wonderful great environment with neighbors. Concerned about to dark at night time, not enough light to walk around. The response to resolve issues with the house not great. Need to follow up frequently to have my repairs done.

Have a 4 foot crack in the ceiling. I've contacted the builder rep and the sales manager is aware. The crack appeared on 11-15-19 it is now 12-11-19 and still no one has came by to look at to get it repaired.

Misrepresented information, was provided about a fitness center. Which is a strong criterial for me, purchasing a home. The landscaping grading is bumpy and rocky. I love my home, however, it would have helpful if I were provided with basic details, about cable, and wiring, in the unit. Also, no folder, paperwork, disc or hardcopy of the homeowners association regulation. And, most importantly, there is a serious ANT problem. There are more than 5 ant hills on the property, and it was documented and it was supposed to be taken care of, and to this day, nothing has change. I still have a ant problem. Zach was great, in (sales). The original female person, not so much. One question: I think the HVAC, was installed improperly, and the workmanship, doesn't look like the one I had in my home, prior to move into a Centex home. This was a brand-new build. Initially, I expereinced what I thought was a smooth and exceptional purchasing expereince; however, after having purchased my hone, I quickly realized the shoddy workmanship and inferior builder materials used. Once I reported my concerns, the fixed issues were left incomplete/half done, less than anyone would have expected. Warped flooring, exterior doors not fitting leaving gaps, hoses to washing machine drainage not installed correctly leaving water gushing from my upstairs floor to my downstairs living room. Its been a month moving into the home and there’s been a rook leak already which spread out to multiple rooms. I have raised a service request and still not resolved

Overall it was a good experience, except for the things that should have been repaired prior to doing the walk thru.

It was quite a process, some very highs and lows for the most part

This is a great starter home but they do cheap out on materials. For instance, they use plastic nozzles and valves for the water line for fridge, washer/dryer, toilet shut off and under the sinks. So its more likely to wear and break easier. The workmanship on the baseboards and trims are questionable. Builder was very helpful in the beginning but also will just say things and not follow through. So that is frustrating.

Pay attention to details

The warranty callout for a badly installed vinyl floor took so long and after they eventually secured and got me waiting for a whole day, no one showed up or even called back. I had to put in another ticket. Not sure how they will respond on more serious issues if they took this long to work on this minor issue.

My buying experience was excellent, Not impressed with the quality of building materials, appears to be a rush job in so many areas from pouring of cement to inside walls, a little touch on walls it smudges,outside light above garage continues to be loose have shown it to the young lady 2X,huge hunks of rocks were all over yard. Overall just a rush job to get these homes on the market.
