Great buying experience...except for attorneys at closing when using LLC

We had minor adjustments and Harrison was very good at responding to them in a proffesional manner.

Good team and we love our new home

Was able to purchase this home for my wife and I we worked with other builder that gave us the run around so they could make more money. But centex helped with financing and helped us get into our first home

The home buying process is stressful at times not going to lie. And although we had some bumps in the road I am so glad we stayed the course. We had a pleasant experience with everyone involved, with the exception of our Loan Consultant, however everyone else really rallied together to try and make up for that shortcoming. Since closing, the customer care team has been wonderful! I have been referring all of my friends and family in search for homes to Centex/Pulte! Just do it! Whatever questions you have ask. Any apprehensions, share them with those working with you during this journey! Leave no stone un-turned and be honest with everyone about your needs, wants and what you can afford! We have a great experience in buying our new home. From our sales consultant Mark to the construction manager Miguel, we are always updated with the construction progress. Thank you Centex.

Over all, the service and quality of the Centex homes are top notch. They kept me informed about the progress of the building of the house and answered all questions about the house.

The experience was great the builder contacted me ever week and updated me with the status of the home and took care of any discrepancies there was before the house was given to me

The builder made the experience very pleasant with the way all the communication and timelines were presented. Post move in they still remained in contact and had visits to ensure that we were happy with the finished product.

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. Dusty, Brad, and Michele were EXCELLENT and very helpful throughout the process. Dusty was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. Mom loves her new home.

I love my new home made by Centex. I was in another state at the time I purchase my house and everything went well. Good communication. To date no problems with my new home. The only thing I do not like is the land is too rocky!

Very happy with my purchase overall. There are a few minor issues but overall I'm very pleased. From the sale with builder to working with Pulte Mortgage, everything was very smooth and on time. Any concerns were promptly addressed. I question everything and every detail was explained with clarity and patience. Britney, my sales agent, was fantastic. She listened and was more than patient with managing my anxiety over such a large decision. She surprised me along the way by coming to my walk through and leaving a personal gift on closing day. So far, my warranty rep has also been great and even stopped by to checkin after I moved in. The minor issues were very small things like a couple of bushes should have been replaced, shower curtain bar was not fully installed, and one of the shower faucets is installed backwards meaning hot is cold and cold is hot. We have been in our house for about a month and a half and so far everything is good , Weston was a great help during and after the closing resolving minor issues very quickly.

make sure that you are in constant communication with you builder and do not be afraid to voice your opinion. They are friendly and very understanding.

Overall experience was great. I do wish there took into consideration homeowners preferences in yards and gave more space in between homes rather than trying to fit more into the subdivision. Additionally underground sprinkling should be on a central recollection line to help mitigate costs for homeowners.

Working with Mike and Cathy was a very good experience for me

The sales staff and other relevant personnel went out of their way to assist in various multiple aspects of our move.I didn't see any major problem areas.
