Over all, the service and quality of the Centex homes are top notch. They kept me informed about the progress of the building of the house and answered all questions about the house.

The experience was great the builder contacted me ever week and updated me with the status of the home and took care of any discrepancies there was before the house was given to me

The builder made the experience very pleasant with the way all the communication and timelines were presented. Post move in they still remained in contact and had visits to ensure that we were happy with the finished product.

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. The sales staff and other relevant personnel went out of their way to assist in various multiple aspects of our move.I didn't see any major problem areas.

As everyone knows purchasing a new home can be nerve wrecking. After all the hiccups were cleared, Centex was wonderful with helping the closing process move smoothly and fast. I am a little disappointed that I paid a bit more for the home then I should of. The homes now are selling for less than I paid and there are many not occupied...

Valerie in sales and Robert in inspection/delivery were great. Some hiccups along the way in financing and paperwork before completing sale. Overall good experience.

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

The building of the property appears sound. The materials used reflect the price paid and we are satisfied with the results. The builder was responsive when we were doing our final walkthroughs and identifying areas to touch up.

Centex's service is great, its salespeople, its builders and the staff in general are a little slow in the solution response time, but they respond that it is the most important thing.

It was a great experience working with Centex, they were very helpful during the process.

I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. The staff was professional and were there to answer and solve any issues in a timely manner.

Kristi and Chad were a great help throughout this process! We are first time home buyers, so everything felt a bit daunting at first, but they answered our questions and assisted us promptly with no complaints or hesitation! Thank you for all your help!

The only issue we had was with the interest rate that was offered. We didn’t get it because of communication from the builder to the financing team with Pulte but still had a good rate. Overall quality and responsiveness to any issues with the home has been great so far.

Wonderful experience. Developer rep Lorenzo was excellent during our walk through. He noted all requests and got moving instantly. Prior had limited communication issues on when the home would be ready but aside from that would recommend.

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.
