The experience with Centex Home is awesome!

Great house. The building of house on the street can be a little ruff at times the contractors work long hours. We love the house and the neighborhood.

Everyone from start to finish was real nice and responded quickly when we questions/issues. The only issue we had was the ac was not cooling at our inspector walk through and wa supposed to be fixed piror to closing. But 2 weeks later on our closing date, it was still not fixed. They pushed our signing appointment time back a few hours and got ac working. It's been running great ever since. I just feel like they dropped the ball a little bit since they knew about the issue. Quality could improve. Need more responsive in helping customers when needed.

Myself and my partner had a great experience with the sale agent Grace Shipp. She took her time ensuring that we purchased the best home for our family. She fought to get all the necessary incentives given by the builder. Since living here we have call repair and they respond very quickly. Megan in the warranty department is awesome. Now I did not use there lender Pulte and I must say beware of stress if you choose to. Pulte mortgage is the absolute worst lender to deal with in any buying process

Centex offers a wide variety of attractive floorplans. The fact that they are owned by Pulte Homes was big plus and influenced our decision to purchase since we have previously purchased a new Pulte home.

Overall a good experience. A few minor issues. That to be expected on a new home.

Really easy and helpful people at centex. They explain how everything works and makes it very easy for you.

Very smooth purchase process. Materials are not premium but are a good value for the price.

Hard to give 5 stars for all of the items due to us purchasing the model home. So we have not had the chance to witness the process of the home being built. Otherwise we are very happy with the home. Alexandria has been very helpful, responsive, and informative during the purchasing as well as post purchase. I would suggest providing the model home purchasers the same warranties, services, and follow-up as new-builds, instead of "As-is". There are cosmetic blemishes that would be addressed if it were a new-build.

As everyone knows purchasing a new home can be nerve wrecking. After all the hiccups were cleared, Centex was wonderful with helping the closing process move smoothly and fast. Mrs. April was AWESOME ; Courteous & Professional. She was so helpful and patient. I Love My New Home!!! Thank you Centex.

This is my first home and I was very much excited. We like the location and space inside. But the quality of the materials and construction quality could be far better for the price paid. Wood used is delicate at many places and very easy to peel or take off easily. Railing on the stairs, back door, front door, the fittings are all not as per expectation. Had many broken things but the team response time is good.

Buying experience seemed ro never end. Always some paper needed by seller. And closing was ok nothing to stick out. Papers upon papers to fill out. After which, 2 hurricanes later a brief wind storm blew off soffit and called to get it fixed. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I can't get on a ladder due to disability. I thought it was covered for a year.

Centex home are not bad. But I wiould love more quality products and adding more fixtures to make it sand out the more.

Love the house and the location. Construction manager was a super nice guy and made the terrible hand off from the sales person smooth.

Our overall home buying experience with Centex was good! Special thanks to Clint and Rhonda for being helpful, informative and patient with us during the home buying process. Although, I was not fully satisfied with some concerns that were left unaddressed by my inspector.

They were extremely quick to fix any outstanding issues.

Bought our house with Centex in June. The process and staff we worked with were great. They were very informative and helpful. Only issue we had was with the quality of workmanship primarily with the concrete work. First we had to have our entire pad walking up to the front door floated (lt is now a different color than my walkway up to the house and driveway) because the concrete was pooling with water and not level. It also had gouge marks in it from them using the backside of a hammer to break off mortar that had fallen and dried on it. The difference in color although not a big deal is frustrating when you pay $420,000 for a brand new house. The driveway also had many small holes and one the size of a baseball in it which again was fixed but looks a different color. The curb in front of our house was not lined up with the existing curb so there is about a 1” bump out in the curb connecting to our driveway from the rest of it. Lastly the 1” bump up going into the garage was chipped on the edge and we had to ask them to repair it. This agin does not look like the rest of the slab and noticeably stands out. It will inevitably fail aging as well since it’s right on the edge so that’s frustrating. Overall house is beautiful but concrete work is terrible. The finish on my 230,000 house in Savannah was much nicer than this one which is almost double the price. ... More

Evebody form sales person , Michelle, loan officers Mike and Ray and construction manger Landon were helpfull all thought the process.

Some of the materials are lower in quality than some homes.

I’m confident my home was well built. All phases of construction were completed as described. They met my expectations and closing timeframe. James and Rueben were fantastic to work with.

Overall its okay but they can do a alot better. Centex can improve alot by spending little more money. For example. By installing better looking electric on off switches. Putting vanity with drawers and vanity lights.. Floors are the cheapest possible that centex could find..it's only been two months plus in this house and Floors already are forming waves. Other then that it looks okay , the house looks solid and hopefully will stays solid..I like NY house but definitely have to spend some money to add or replace those low cost materials that is been installed. All I am saying is that Centex can do alot more by putting little better and modern looking details. Overall I like my house. ... More

The project manager I worked with was really easy to work with. Very repsonive to emails and calls if I had any questions. Inspections were pretty stress free for the most part. If there were any issues we found, they were handled with no issues. After move in, I found a few minor things and they were handled really quick with no issues. There were a couple of other builders in the area I looked at but I am glad I went with Centex.
