The sales associates, Kathy and Tyler were absolutely amazing and very helpful and patient with me. I was happy to make them laugh a few times. Going through the mortgage process was a pain in the a## but I got through it. The construction seems to be pretty good so far. I like the location and hope it continues to improve. The construction around me doesn’t bother me knowing that it will eventually get done. I haven’t experienced all the fees yet but, this isn’t my first rodeo at owning a home, but I hope there aren’t too many surprises.

Overall our family really enjoys this house, and the quality from the builder is very very good. Within a few weeks we've noticed the back door leaking water, water leaking in through the bricks in the garage, and it's taken quite a bit of time to get a response even though all of it is under warranty. What we are disappointed in overall is not the builder... but the salesperson who represented the builder. He did not disclose certain HOA rules even when we asked about them, and did not disclose that our backyard has an easement for drainage for the entire neighborhood in which we are not allowed to build a fence on. The grass around the house is not even, and not looking good. Yesterday someone came and do the sewer or electric in front of the house. They broke my solar light in the front yard, left everything messed

Pulte Mortgage, sales and construction managers were excellent throughout the whole process. The Underwriters were a nightmare. The painters were below average and trim contractors. Everyone else did great work!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first home. The willingness to help starting from the financial aspect at the beginning to staying updated before moving in, and even the help after moving in. They have great people, thank you so much to Mike, Cody, and Chris!

I bought a spacious new house but some details such as the bathrooms are all painted with flat paint, some scratches in the shower, which were not fixed, the creaking of the floors on the second floor were not fixed at all, they can be seen in the finish of the walls the folds of the drywall, the house is beautiful but it needs some details.

My experience was smooth and easy. Everyone was very responsive and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend buying a home with Centex. Thanks for everything!

Due to work requirements was not able to purchase in person. The web based dashboard and system was easy to use and very streamlined. Made things easy to upload and check on status of paperwork.

This is our 2nd home we've purchased with Pulte/Centex. We have also bought a home with another major builder and there is a world of difference. While no home building process is stress free or without its hiccups, I wouldn't hesitate to choose them in the future. They're on top of communication, they're overall transparent and they care. I think this may greatly depend on who your construction manager is, we had an excellent one

Every thing looks good and beautiful

Very few issues so far. My view of trees will vanish soon due to construction. Water pond needs cleaning as irresponsible people throw litter in it.

I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. The staff was professional and were there to answer and solve any issues in a timely manner.

Kristi and Chad were a great help throughout this process! We are first time home buyers, so everything felt a bit daunting at first, but they answered our questions and assisted us promptly with no complaints or hesitation! Thank you for all your help!

The only issue we had was with the interest rate that was offered. We didn’t get it because of communication from the builder to the financing team with Pulte but still had a good rate. Overall quality and responsiveness to any issues with the home has been great so far.

Centex was easy to work with and the people are friendly.

Overall experience was great. Home needs minor touch ups but overall amazing great product for value/price

This is our second new build purchase and we were surprised by the quality. Not bad for the price. Way better than Taylor Morrison!!!

I would like to say please be mindful of the salesman that is assisting you. Not all are truthful. I love my home but there are little things about the home such as some of the doors we can not put down decorative rugs due to the doors are too low to the ground in order to open the doors with the rug, we have to move the rug every time which is such a inconvenience. Some doors don’t latch meaning the lock on the door doesn’t matter since it doesn’t fully close. The best thing I would say about our home is that it stays cool in doors which is a plus for hot days. When we first moved in the a/c wasn’t working properly and this is a NEW HOME which was a shocker. A/c was fixed when we put an order in now the a/c is working properly. We had to get the plug fixed where our refrigerator was due to the plug in on the wall was bad the plug kept causing our refrigerator to unplug, but we put in an order to have the plug in looked at and now it’s working properly. Other than those things our home is nice so happy to be a first time buyer my family and I are so blessed. Thank you Centex for helping my family and I buy our new home. :) ... More

Wonderful experience. Developer rep Lorenzo was excellent during our walk through. He noted all requests and got moving instantly. Prior had limited communication issues on when the home would be ready but aside from that would recommend.

It was great experience, Ryan neely helped to understand the design and structure. Carter was the construction manager and he always informed me with the construction updates along with my queries and all queries were answered and resolved.

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

Overall a great home but quality of material could be a bit better for the value being paid

As a First Time Home Owner, I had a lot of questions about the buying process and things that I'll have to know about the different pieces that make it a Home. Sales Office and the Construction Team was always flexible with my timings (I'm a Out of State buyer, who had to travel a lot for our meetings) and to answer all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the smooth process. Few of the steps seamed intimidating and I guess it’s part of the culture of the Sales process at Pulse/Centex. I felt they kind of rushed me into signing a contract and making the initial deposit. Speaking of Quality, Its a solid 4/5. I had few minor issues after moved in which were promptly responded to to be taken care of. Walkthrough was really a huge win for us as we learned a lot of bits and pieces that are in our home. A Huge Thank You! to the construction manager for all the effort that he put into this. Over all, Its great. Get your inspection done before closing and report every minor thing to be fixed before going into closing. Thank you! Good Luck! ... More
