Centex is a great company. But I think they have to improve in their workers communication network. It can affect buyers indirectly. But overall they deliver on time

My overall experience with Centex was great. We had to deal with some issue regarding some building codes violated, and we got the house 5 months later than expected, but the sales consultant(Amy) was taking care of us all the time and showed us more than a business relationship. Regarding the final product(house), we liked it, we are so happy with it. Michael was the guy in charge and he did an amazing job.

Overall the entire team from the sales office, construction manager to the title company were extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manor.

Very good construction progress update. Nice staff who tried to make sure that we are statisfied with construction and till the closing of the house.

Jesse was our sales person and he was the one who showed us the options we had for our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me find the perfect floor plan for us. Our builders Miguel and Luis were so nice and informative in the next steps for our new home. They would always give me weekly updates and any issues they encounter. The only thing i hated of the construction process was the time they took to complete my home. Initially they told me six months but ended up taking eight months. I was stuck in a month to month lease at my apartments for three months. But unfortunately due to Covid builders are fighting for materials and waiting eight months is the new normal timeline. ... More

Building a hime comes with its own challenges. Sales and site managers were very informative. Quality of flooring products at base choices could be better.

Every single person I worked with or even just spoke to were very responsive to my questions. This is a great team to work with if buying a home. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my appraisal came in quite a bit under the asking price and I was told I would have to make up the difference. I understand building materials have really gone up recently, but how can you expect someone to pay more than the actual value with a take it or leave it attitude? Overall Pulte provides a very smooth home buying experience. Their sales and mortgage team are outstanding. I definitely feel like there are some thing on the construction and finishes that could be improved on, but I’m happy with my purchase. My wife and I love our new home and look forward to the many memories we’ll make.

No unexpected hiccups when it came to the building process. Great job!

It was a good experience. Warranty people have been very helpful with a few small issues.

We really like the community we live in. The Hampton model is really nice for us. A couple of small issues that could be improved on. 1. When asked about pre-wiring for ceiling fans it was not clear and we expected that there would be electrical for overhead lighting for the rooms we didn't choose this option, but there isn't. 2. I was very dissatisfied that Centex would not allow insulation to be installed as an option to the interior walls for sound insulation between rooms. 3. It would have been nice to have a water line run from the kitchen sink to behind the refrigerator so an under sink pure water system could feed the ice maker. ... More

Overall I had the best experience with Chris, the gentleman who completed my final inspection and went above and beyond in assisting me with minor issues/questions after receiving delivery of the home.

Sales and Customer service are really great. We enjoyed the entire experience with Centex

I think somethings fell thru the cracks at the moment of explaining all possible options for the home, but overall good experience with both the seller and construction management and to this point continue to have good communication with both. I would try again with Centex Homes in any future home purchase.
