it's less than i expected

Good overall home buying experience

It was overall good experience.

Good quality of work, very friendly staff but a bit slow on resolving an issue

We definitely purchase again

The whole process took longer than originally anticipated but everyone involved is very attentive and kept me up to date.

While the closing did not happen on time, and there were items that needed attention after closing. Most of the issues were cosmetic and Centex is taking care of them. I will say that I am a little disappointed at the lack of "attention to detail", but like I said earlier they are taking care of those issues.

They help us a lot, the procedure is simple and fast.

Centex was able to provide a quality house, but most importantly all the personnel that I worked with from sales, construction manager, loan processors, and warranty were so willing to assist and make sure we were taken care off.

The builder is very proactive to most problems, he is always available to help even after moving in,. He is very knowledgeable and conscious of the materials to used and willing to work with customers from initial stage to completion.

The process was fairly smooth.

As of right now, so far the experience with the company is good.

Dan (builder) was attentive to our questions and concerns. He did his best to resolve our concerns. All of our 30 day repairs/ concerns were addressed. Although the scheduling for the 30 day repairs was below par. A week Into us being moved in, frontier ran fiber optic lines throughout the neighborhood and busted our plumbing line. The repair was made in a reasonable amount of time. We did have to leave our house during repairs but Pulte covered hotel and food costs. We are upset with the mismatched concrete on our driveway from the repairs made. We were not the only house affected from the damage however we were the only house to get our driveway ripped up. In contrast to all the other houses the repair was made by digging under the driveway. Overall satisfied with the build. ... More

The houses have very good quality, the price is in line with what one expects to pay for a house that we call HOME, and the sector is quiet and safe, in addition to being a beautiful place to live. Just one detail when we visited the model house for the first time, which was that they told us that the houses included the security system and alarms, and when we received it they told us that they did not...

Two things worthy of consideration: First, they install cheap end appliances. Second, they do a really LOUSY job on the interior painting of our home. The home warranty folks are coming today to hopefully repaint everything. If I had to do it over again, I would NOT close on the home until the painting was to my satisfaction. That being said, they have honored their word so far so I expect no issues.

They are a great team and are helpful throughout the process.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.

We built our home during a very difficult time with supply shortages, delays, a pandemic, etc.. When all was said and done, Centex stood by us, and helped us to obtain our home. This is not just a house. It is where we will make memories, celebrate life and its ups and downs, and I feel that our building manager (Jared) and Centex knows that, and it shows in their sincere actions.

What an experience! It’s a beautiful home I wish the master closet was a little smaller and the bedroom a little bigger and for the price we couldn’t get self close drawers in kitchen but it is a well built beautiful home and a great team to work with!!

Our field construction manager was quick to resolve any problems. He always communicated in a timely manner. Our overall experience was very good.
