Timely manner, responds right away and does it’s best to correct any issues or answer any questions

I do love my home and I felt like good intentions were in place to give us a perfect house but we did have a few hiccups upon moving in.

I just realized that the oven was not placed correctly; I don't know how to reach out to see if something can be done about this

We really love the end result of our new home!

We were kept up on the steps of the home building process, and any questions we had were answered.

Overall Pulte provides a very smooth home buying experience. Their sales and mortgage team are outstanding. I definitely feel like there are some thing on the construction and finishes that could be improved on, but I’m happy with my purchase. My wife and I love our new home and look forward to the many memories we’ll make.

Great buying experience overall. Everyone was extremely helpful during the process.

Few annoying unfinished thing like missing cabinet shelf, painting outside backyard door. Drywall around windows not the same around all windows of the same size. None is critical but really annoying.

No unexpected hiccups when it came to the building process. Great job!

The home is what the price

Like the home. Although my plants in the front are very dead from the snow fall. I wasn't moved in by that time so those plants should be replaced.

Very easy buying process, the field manager was fantastic and answered any questions/ concerns in a timely manner!

The homes are very good quality.

I like my weekly updates that was great. I had a few issues when I moved in but everything’s been taken care of. I was very upset that at signing I didn’t get a hold of Big key or take pictures or get a welcome basket...lol I’m not very happy with the neighborhood there’s just way too many cars all over the street it’s ridiculous how you always having to pull to the side so somebody else can pass. I even paid more for my premium lot so I wouldn’t have neighbors in front of me and the neighbors down the street park all their company vehicles all right in front of my home. And most of all I was very upset with the monthly fees from the water company out here I don’t think I would’ve bought the house if I would’ve known that. ... More

Good builder, on time, good quality of final result. Regular update on the progress and quic response on the progress and questions. Only sales team is worst that i have meet so far and experience nightmare process regarding closing date
