We really enjoyed working with Michael our building manager and Chad our sales agent, great and knowledgeable folks. Overall high quality home with some slight material & workmanship concerns, as an example a roof leak in our first days in the house. Minimal and rather sickly looking landscaping plants and sod add to the lower rating on workmanship and materials. The sod laying was pretty bad.

No issues with construction or sales at property

Brad was awesome to work with and kept us updated on the building of the house.

Everything was great until the last week of the home being finished, a lot of unfinished areas and not inspected properly. Will never buy Pulte/Centex again, will be selling in the next 2 yrs or so.

As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process. Everyone explained each step of the process in detail and was very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend Centex!

Great experience with my new home

I had a great experience aside from the stressful normal things. Everyone was very supportive and available. Quick to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. It really went as smooth as it could go considering the times that we are in.

Our house exceeded our expectations! They build our dream house and we are more than grateful to all the team that works with us through the entire process.

Everyone was super friendly, house is amazing snd well maintained. Roxanne and Marc were awesome! Being here a little over a month, neighbor is friendly and safe.

We are so happy with our home and how it turned out. Our contractor did a great job and worked hard to get the house done in time. If we were to give constructive criticism it would be to our Sales Manager not communicating well with us. We haven't heard from him whatsoever since the house wasn't even ready yet. He replaced an agent that was great and helped make sure we got everything we wanted in the house, so fortunately it didn't disrupt the process too much.

My interaction with Kyle H, my building POC was amazing. Any issues were/are being addressed.

The customer service at Centex has been top-notch. Every person we've worked with has been responsive and taken our concerns seriously. The overall quality seems good, but we've noticed minor quality issues (mostly cosmetic) since moving in. These include imperfections in trim that were painted over, bubbles in grout, crooked screws in fixtures, etc.

Very transparent process, timely execution, and great end product. Defects here and there, mostly which are covered by the warranty.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff at every level during the process. Friendly and timely responses to questions.

PROS: The site manager Ron Scholfield was extremely helpful with any problems that I had. He would reply as in a timely manner to respond to any issue I had small or emergent problem. Minor Cons: Crack in bathtub, was fixed. Only one light switch in every room, no way to have a switch for extra light as well as the ceiling light. Dryer vent was not properly installed and leaked during use, easy fix but should have been tested.

During the construction of my new home I worked with two different field managers. Both of them were very professional, answered all my questions, and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the build. Overall a great experience.

This is a good development for first time buyers.

From day one to closing and beyond everyone involved with my home has been fantastic. I highly recommend Pulte/Centex homes.

Very transparent and keeps you in the loop regarding the timeframes. I rarely Had to call and follow up on anything. Robert was great to work with.
