The finishes are cheap builder great items. Did not get an option for upgrades so we took an amongst ourselves to upgrade lights, ceiling fans, and faucets. Besides that everything is great so far.

My experience was fantastic. It started with the sales representative Chevonne who was energetic,kind and sharp. The loan process was handled without issues and the result was exactly as they said it would be. The closing process was stress free as well. We love our new home and very glad we chose Pulte homes.

The sales staff, financial staff and building rep were EXCELLENT! The house psssed inspection with flying colors, however, the cabinetry is bottom of the line quality, the tiling backsplash should not be trimmed in metal, the windows and doors could be better quality too. Vents should bd vented to the outside and gutters should have been put on

This process seemed long but nothing having to do with the builder. However, the staff that helped me made the process above and beyond what I expected. There were very attentive and knowledgeable in this process. I would recommend to anyone.

Kimberly was great! She gave us a tour of model homes. Listened to what we were looking for. Kimberly helped us find our new home. Holden made sure everything was perfect prior to moving in. He want above and beyond our expectations.

They were extremely quick to fix any outstanding issues.

The entire process was quick and painless, from the time that we met with Kimberly to our interactions with Michael. Very professional and caring. The house was completed as scheduled and Kimberly worked around our schedule to set up a closing day that was convenient to us. They both, obviously, take pride in the their job and the product that they’re offering to prospective customers.

Alena was most helpful, courteous, and exceedingly willing to explain all aspects of what the builder offers. Always courteous with my phone calls while I was still in Virginia. Even after I finally moved in my new home, she still helped me with questions I had. Ryan also offered excellent service with a sheet mirror that had scratches and ordered a replacement. It was replaced within 7 days. Never did either employee feel interrupted when I contacted them with questions. I have to say that they are two of the main reasons that I feel that I made the right decision to move to Bradford Pointe.

I don't know I could recommend Centex in good faith if someone were to ask. I am going to be getting another home in the area soon for myself and am not considering another Centex proiperty.

The construction manager, Ryan, was in constant contact with us letting us know where our house was, as we were out of state. Our inspector said the house was very well built, and we love it.

The house is good. Very disappointed with the quality of some of the material used.. Especially the quality of paint used. You used the cheapest paint possible. With what we paid for this house I expected better. We've had to deal with a double door going to outside that was not installed properly. Took three weeks to fix and the damage caused by fixing the door which resulted in flooring replaced and drywall and painting. But, it was fixed satisfactory.

My experience with Centex was better than most due to Kim & Travis. Kim, my sales person was exceptional. She was very professional & went out of her way to help me bring this to fruition. Travis, my point person for the building of the home went above and beyond to correct any issues with the home. He truly wanted us to be happy with our home. I would give them both 5 stars if that was an option. The reason "Trustworthiness" got only 1 star is because one of the sales supervisors for Sanctuary Cove tried to cancel my ratified contract prior to the expiration date of the contract which was quite shocking and upsetting. With regards to workmanship, It was disappointing to realize Centex does not finish the walls in the garage; and I don't mean painting. The homeowner has to first spackle & sand the seams to finish the walls if they want to paint the garage. Centex also disappointingly installs smaller interior doors than most builders and the quartz for the kitchen counter tops is very thin. They provide no towel bars, toilet paper holders and there are no knobs on the kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Most would not consider these things as "upgrades" but rather standard items. Centex also installs their sod right up to the house instead of leaving a "bed" area around the home between the sod/lawn and the foundation. Centex might consider either just increasing the price of the home a little and provide these things or at least offer them as an option to the homeowner at an additional cost. What will it be next; homeowners will have to provide their own light bulbs and door knobs? The pandemic is over, the supply chain issues are no longer so maybe it's time to go back to the days of offering home buyers some options without having to go the route of a custom home. ... More

Centex has been great. They have provided exceptional service and a home of high quality. I am definitely pleased with the purchase of my new home.

Still new here, but so far everything seems great! Supposedly I have 9 or 10 months to bring up any issues. So I’ll know more then.

We had minor adjustments and Harrison was very good at responding to them in a proffesional manner.

Poor material & workmanship. Do not see a pride in their work.

We are from the north and used to our homes being built to a higher standard.

First, I'd like to say that Harrison came into to mess that should have been addressed before we moved in. There were many items that were not addressed before we moved in. We have for the last 4 weeks been dealing with one issue after another. Just to recap since we moved in the siding removed from both sides of the house. Kitchen side due to a bow in the wall. Bedroom side due to the AC unit 220 installed on the opposite side of the AC unit. Note I requested this be fixed before we moved in. I was told the AC unit is now moved to the side of the house where the 220 is. What I was not told was now you have a copper line wrapped around your house. If this wasn't bad enough we turn on the AC when we moved in and it wasn't working. We have have Smith heating and AC come out and it wasn't even finished being installed. Now the bow in the kitchen wall the drywall was taken off and bow was fixed. The wall in turn was refinished. Reinstalled the back splash and the wall was still bowed. So, the wall is taken apart again with more drywall removed & redone again. The wall is still not perfect but we have had enough. We had to have an electrician come out twice as now all the outlets on the kitchen wall are too far back to put the faceplates on. Also, the wall is so bowed that the trim at the bottom of the cabinet will not cover the opening. If we are not already upset we hire someone to install a standard storm door. The installer proceed to show me how crooked the opening is. The storm door cannot be installed at its current state. As I am looking at the opening there is also a substantial bow inside the house by the opening of the door. The more we look at the house it is obvious there is lack of any quality control or pride in building our house. The $408, 000 we paid for this house seems to be a bad investment. Whoever is reading this I would hope will contact us before we decide to contact someone outside your organization legally. Note my rating we generous even after all we have been going through. The house we moved out of was built in 1996 & I wouldn't trade it for our current house. ... More

Excellent responsiveness to issues and great build quality so far. We'll continue to recommend Pulte and Centex.

The title says it all. I'll never use Pulte Mortgage again. Communication is awful. However, the community builder and the community sales agent were fine.
