Our salesperson and field manager were excellent. But the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Even after two walkthrus the contractors only accomplished approximately 60% of what was pointed out. The painters have no idea what a straight line looks like and the sheetrock crews use their fingers to smooth caulk.

The workmanship on my roof was horrible, leaving me with a lumpy, bumpy roof. I informed them immediately, but they waited until a few weeks before closing to send the roofing supervisor out. He refused to fix my roof and admitted the plywood probably got wet during construction. I had to hire a private inspector with my own money to document the damage. Finally they agreed to repair it, but it is still very noticeably bumpy, and now shingles have popped up. Also, my oven drawer is crooked, and that was noted before closing, but no one has come to fix it. The HOA company is still under Centex, and we are having lots of issues with their not doing their job. Our mail station has no place to park, and that is very hazardous as cars park on the road on the main road in, causing congestion AND violating the signs that say NO PARKING ON ROAD. I had a good Realtor Emma, with Centex and a good building supervisor, Kyle, but overall I am unhappy with my roof and over. I had to get a plumber out because the drains were clogged with building debris, but Centex handled that. It should never have happened,, but the workers don't seem to care during the building process.. There is construction on either side of me, and they get debris in my yard that I have to pick up nearly every day. This should not happen. ... More

My interaction with Kyle H, my building POC was amazing. Any issues were/are being addressed.

We really like the community we live in. The Hampton model is really nice for us. A couple of small issues that could be improved on. 1. When asked about pre-wiring for ceiling fans it was not clear and we expected that there would be electrical for overhead lighting for the rooms we didn't choose this option, but there isn't. 2. I was very dissatisfied that Centex would not allow insulation to be installed as an option to the interior walls for sound insulation between rooms. 3. It would have been nice to have a water line run from the kitchen sink to behind the refrigerator so an under sink pure water system could feed the ice maker. ... More

The builder was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to listen to our complaints. We really appreciate the time he took with us to fix any issues we brought to his attention.

Not happy with the responses to issues that I have had since moving into my home

Chaz is an amazing builder to work with. His knowledge and understanding of a quality built has given us confidence and trust in his work. During the first walk through of the house, he was very thorough about his work. And, he worked hard to make sure we were please with everything.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with and everything was on time and communicated. We have had a handful of issues in our home and we are still waiting to hear back. We have water damage on our window sill, one of our windows need to be replaced, and also our bottom lock to one of our doors does not match our key. Everything else has been great though.

The builder will work with your needs.

Amazing experience with my builder and sales team. Clearly they care!

We purchased the home in July, 2020. So far we are very satisfied with the purchase. Everything was as expected. When there was an issue it was resolved expediently. Their first year warranty includes everything in the home which gives piece of mind.

There are so many things that are wrong. Things that should have been noticed by the builder if projects were inspected. Too many to name. They are working with me to get these things completed.

We did a across country move and couldn’t go to all of the walk throughs because of COVID. They missed certain crucial things like a toilet paper holder that was missing from on of the bathrooms, exterior lights that still aren’t working! Besides other small things!

We were very happy with the people involved with our house except the painters and finishers. We went back and forth for over a month and didn't move in due to issues with the drywall and paint. It finally came to a point where we just let it go.. still sticky doors and dings in the walls.

Some minor issues but they have been handled timely.

Nice home, not the sturdiest built home we have ever lived in.

Everything about my build was AWESOME! I loved every step, right up until the end. I went in to do some tape for drywall issues and then again... And again. Closed on the house and that afternoon drywallers came back because they missed spots that I had taped 10 times before. I talked with my neighbors and all of them seem to have the same feelings that the drywall is poor quality. I took one star off quality and value because of the poor drywall. The drywall is the finished surface indoors and seeing blemishes, bubbles, lines, divots, etc bring down the perceived value.

I had a great experience - any issues I had during the build or after closing has been addressed.

Due to COVID, unsure about responsiveness. Emails are prompt, but nothing has happened yet in regards to following through with repairs. I think builders should conduct the work as though they or their loved ones were living in it. Careless mistakes were made. Minor issues but still a nuisance to wait for it to be made right.

We had several issues concerning our side & rear yards regarding the landscaping, drainage, etc. These issues go back to the week of March 13th, when we walked our property w/Justin since Chaz was out for Covid-19 quarantine. As of last week, we met w/Chaz & Baytree Landscaping & hope our yard issues can be resolved this week per Chaz & Baytree.

Like any new build the house was near perfect, with a few minor issues (two pieces of hardwood not set correctly, garage door dented, minor plaster spots that needed cleaning). I requested them fixed and had them all handled within a week of notifying them. Minor stuff like that is almost unavoidable as quickly and they build these houses. So far very happy with the home and with the response from the few minor issues I submitted to be repaired. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars for the whole home buying experience is because I went through Pulte mortgage, and sadly it was just issue after issue with the entire process for no reason at all. ...
