I would never again buy a home from them, this has been a nightmare. I felt like we moved to a used house and not a new house, what you see on line is not at all what you get. Buyer beware. We have lived here less then 30 days and already have a list of issues not done well, or not yet fixed. Even on move in day, there were concrete chunks in the yard, the sod was horrible, the glass doors where all full of scratches, there is a soft section in the floor, paint was bad in multiple places, back dorr rubbed the paint right off. Strongly subbest using a different buyer. Even the sales lady who was so adamant about closing on that day (to get her incentive I am sure, has not contacted us, come by or anything since the day we picked up keys, and at that she was not here to get keys, go elsewhere ... Austin addressed the issues we had at the walk thru and took care of them in a timely manner. The experience of buying a Centex home was great and we really enjoy the new home. I would like to say it would be nice to pick out extra items if possible( like roof access ladders, shutters) Thank You

Everyone involved at Centex has made my process of buying a home much easier than I could ever hope for! Especially since I work constantly and have no time to speak of as my own. And somehow got the best deal on the whole block! Killin it! I appreciate all you do in craftsmanship and management and thank you for my beautiful home!

Overall a good home for the price. However, have seen better builds from different builders with a little higher quality for the same price.

Our experience with Centex was a journey with a clear destination. During this journey we meet with handful of sales rep. Jesse and Don, they are amazing. The construction rep Lucky is the Man. Other Centex reps were met along the line we also great. There is still room for improvement. On the Pulte side, Shawn was super amazing. Always a phone call away. Thumps up Shawn! In future we would still like to patronize Centex and recommend them to friends and family members. However, regarding not painting the garage, Centex never did well. I think leveraging on the 'City provision which did not require builders to paint garages' is a dent to your road towards customers' satisfaction. To me, a building incomplete if the garage is not painted. The garage was not even paint ready. It was left on the dry wall stage. To paint, one must do stages of before- pre-paint work. It cost us close to $1000 to get our garage painted. In all, the good news is that I saw garages of homes built from mid-August till date are being painted. This is a welcome development. The builder was professional and experienced.

Everyone that I have dealt with regarding this home-buying experience has been professional, responsive, and great to work with. They have made it extremely easy to become part of the community.

Home did not include any window trim- specifically stool and apron. This looks very unfinished and leaves the homebuyer with a big cost to cover to make their home look finished. No gutters on home. Additional cost to homebuyer. FLAT white paint on walls. Horrible. One week in the home we have scuffs everywhere. Who puts flat paint on main walls? Thin walls, we so clearly hear the neighbors outside speaking in a normal volume. 8’ ceilings downstairs looks cheap. Front door HORRIBLY painted looks so ugly. Door is cheap lightweight quality. We will need to replace. Another cost to us. General craftsmanship of the home is poor. Air leaks around doors. Cement in main plumbing line. Texture on walls inconsistent. As first time homebuyers, with some unpleasant experiences, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the guys at Centex Homes. From the first time we walked into the sales office to meet Nick, to when we had our final walk through with our construction manager, Laura. Laura kept us abreast of every single details and steps tnrough the entire building process and afterwards. She went above and beyond to allay every of our fears and was always ready (and still does) to answer every questions with a smile. She's an angel sent to help us out in our homebuying process. Alison(my builder) is such a great person. All through the experience , she has gone above and beyond to ensure comfort. I am extremely grateful to and for her. NB: This is for Centex NOT Alison because she has been extremely awesome, a backsplash is extremely important and it would be nice if it came with the home. Thank you. :)

The grass around the house is not even, and not looking good. Yesterday someone came and do the sewer or electric in front of the house. They broke my solar light in the front yard, left everything messed

Overall experience from start to finish was a great experience. Deadlines for the various trades on our home were either met as scheduled or even times were met ahead of schedule. We are very pleased. Definitely would recommend Pulte to our friends and family.

I have had all great experiences so far. Alison has been very informative and helpful each time I called. Alison and Ernest walked around and also educated me on how to upkeep maintenance of the property and they both advised if I need anything to contact them directly. I really appreciate that extra mile of knowing someone is a phone call away to point me in the right direction, when I have questions.

Kyle did an amazing job during the build process. Weekly calls updated us on progress of construction including what had been completed since our last call and what would be completed in the coming week. Also, he was always available to text and responded very quickl. Excellent job!!

It was a great experience working with Centex, they were very helpful during the process.
