The experience was great, although your mortgage division needs to get a little better. I would definitely buy from you again in the future.

I’ve owned several new homes and the attention to the construction process was the best on this house of any of them. I also hired an outside home inspector and the report came back with just minor cosmetic issues, but the attention to detail on construction was amazing. Very pleased with that portion of the house. The fixtures used were entry level and all of that can be upgraded at a later date as it wasn’t possible in the build process.

Everything was great. My only issue was I had asked our builder rep if our yard was going settle and was told it would and it wouldn’t be bumpy. Come to find out our yard was never rolled. So it’s been a bit of headache working with our case manager and communication. But overall my wife and I are happy with our new home.

The sales agent was great, after we moved in or after purchasing the home, it became very hard to get any assistance from Centex representative. No response from the customer service number we were given. We still have issues that need fixing, the post inspection guys never showed up either in two consecutive appointments.

I love almost everything about my house. However, the only reason I wouldn’t go all out to give 5 stars for everything is because I don’t like the way the backyard was built.

Austin addressed the issues we had at the walk thru and took care of them in a timely manner. The experience of buying a Centex home was great and we really enjoy the new home. I would like to say it would be nice to pick out extra items if possible( like roof access ladders, shutters) Thank You

Our experience with Centex was a journey with a clear destination. During this journey we meet with handful of sales rep. Jesse and Don, they are amazing. The construction rep Lucky is the Man. Other Centex reps were met along the line we also great. There is still room for improvement. On the Pulte side, Shawn was super amazing. Always a phone call away. Thumps up Shawn! In future we would still like to patronize Centex and recommend them to friends and family members. However, regarding not painting the garage, Centex never did well. I think leveraging on the 'City provision which did not require builders to paint garages' is a dent to your road towards customers' satisfaction. To me, a building incomplete if the garage is not painted. The garage was not even paint ready. It was left on the dry wall stage. To paint, one must do stages of before- pre-paint work. It cost us close to $1000 to get our garage painted. In all, the good news is that I saw garages of homes built from mid-August till date are being painted. This is a welcome development. Good. Price on home. Repairs taken care of

Customer service during the building process was excellent and now after we moved in it’s been great!

From start to finish, the buying experience was pretty straightforward and easy. We love the overall design and layout of the house. There a few dings here and there, all minor, but builders have been quick to respond so far to fix them. The overall temperature insulation is excellent but one needs to add to the sound insulation inside the house.

Working with Centex was an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Vernon. He was such a great guy to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers from out of state. He made everything smooth and straightforward, guiding us through the whole process with weekly updates and answering any questions we had. What set Vernon apart was his genuine interest in our needs and concerns. He was always ready to help, fixing all the things we spotted during the walk-throughs. His attention to detail and dedication to making us happy was something we couldn't help but appreciate. But it's not just about business with Vernon. Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.
