Everyone who works here are very kind! At some point i feel like the company rushes the job to get the house finished and the workers leave some of things completely presentable. Or maybe im just really picky. Trying to get ahold of someone after closing when i have something going on in my house is kinda hard.

Home warranty responses are very slow. Have not fixed the problems yet.

Very good construction progress update. Nice staff who tried to make sure that we are statisfied with construction and till the closing of the house.

Jesse was our sales person and he was the one who showed us the options we had for our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me find the perfect floor plan for us. Our builders Miguel and Luis were so nice and informative in the next steps for our new home. They would always give me weekly updates and any issues they encounter. The only thing i hated of the construction process was the time they took to complete my home. Initially they told me six months but ended up taking eight months. I was stuck in a month to month lease at my apartments for three months. But unfortunately due to Covid builders are fighting for materials and waiting eight months is the new normal timeline. ... More

Solid builder, with solid product offerings. Staff is very helpful. The quality of the materials is good, the workmanship could use a little improvement, but the overall experience was great.

The builders did a great job. I have only been here for a month but have found no issues at all. I really appreciate the builder's supervisor, A.J. she was amazing. She was always available when I had questions, she was very thorough when explaining my house during my walk through.

Working with Centex as first time home buyers was incredible. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work. We could not be happier with our home.

Great experience with the whole team. Don was very helpful when we picked our floor plan and lot as well as Andrew Hipe who has been working with us even after position. We relly appreciate his help and availability.

Overall experience was and still is under satisfactory. From the loan side, construction side, and the products. We still having to fix the issues and we just moved in on August 29th. My home was not done properly that our thrust and frames were off and it needed to get redone. Plus cracks on the concrete, paints peeling off, cabinets peeling off. I can go on and on. Y'all are trying to correct everything that is wrong to this day. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with your company. I will never ever recommend you all to anyone. I have pictures and videos to prove how my home is unsafe, but y'all closed us anyway. We didn't find out any of this after we we're all moved in. Builder Tyler did great job taking care of our concerns or any questions we have.

Sale agent and field manager were mainly the best with communication. Answered to any questions within!!! Brought solutions to all concerns and gave good feed back. The have great costumer service and the house is quality!!!

I bought a Centex home & closed on the house on August 9th, 2021. At the time of our walk through the front and rear trees were flat out dead. The sales rep told me in her own words she was going to have the trees replace so did the builder he too texted me and emailed me saying "Just go to closing and we will replace the two dead trees" today is September 12th, 2021 and the trees still have not bee replaced. The sales rep won't return my calls. The builder disappeared. These guys are a joke. Before you sign your final closing docs make sure you don't take any promises from their sales reps. They are a true Foxy Luxy that will smile and tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you to close on time so that they can get their commission. ... More

I had a great experience with centex home..

As a first time home buyer I had alot of questions..the centex group including the builders(especially the builder) right down to the underwriting team was amazing. I always got the answers for my questions and I never felt like I was being a burden or asking for to much. It was a learning experience and a very communicative one as well. I was updated on the progress once a week and sometimes more if anything occurred. You get 2 walk throughs on the home before you close, so anything you see that need to be fixed will be marked and fixed by your second walk through. What's even better is centex homes come with a warranty so of you missed something during the walk through you can make a list of things to be done( which im sure will be minimal if any) and they will come and fix it. They installed the incorrect HVAC system on my new home and refuse to resolve the issue. My energy bill has doubled and water drips inside the closet onto the flooring. I've had to file complaints with TDLR, and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this builder as they will not admit to any mistakes. This has made the whole experience with CENTEX a very bad one and I would never use this builder again and I highly recommend you stay away from this builder.

The experience was great the builder contacted me ever week and updated me with the status of the home and took care of any discrepancies there was before the house was given to me

Every single person I worked with or even just spoke to were very responsive to my questions. This is a great team to work with if buying a home. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my appraisal came in quite a bit under the asking price and I was told I would have to make up the difference. I understand building materials have really gone up recently, but how can you expect someone to pay more than the actual value with a take it or leave it attitude? It wasn't until after I contacted my agent that they agreed to meet me half way. Yes, I would buy from Center again, one bad apple doesn't spoil the Barrel! ... More
