Centex was very responsive during the entire building process. I can honestly say my home was built with quality materials.

My experience went smoothly. In spite of weather delays, a pandemic and the cost of lumber, the Centex team finished my home in record time. Thank you so much Tyler, Lucky, and Jesse for keeping me in the loop every step of the way.

Very attentive and any concerns I had were answered immediately.

All of the staff we worked with were AMAZING! The communication was perfect, I never had to wonder what was going on or what stage my house was at! Jesse was the best through all the strange events that happened with the house being built (first one got struck by lightning) I’m so grateful to have worked with him! All of the field team were great as well! I can’t speak any higher of Annette, Matt, Vernon, Lucky, and Elizabeth; just to name a few. They have all been such a pleasure to work with and made the home buying experience so amazing for us!

Even though Centex is budget Homes i am very much pleased with the Quality and the delivery even though delivery was pushed few months due to the shortage in the material supply. Very professional and the response is very good .

Don was our sales agent. He is awesome. Helped us find the perfect home for our family and was so nice. Gave us his personal cell in case we had any questions. The closing was a hybrid so most of the signing was online and when we got to the office it took about 10 minutes. Once we moved in, there were a few things the painters and plumber had missed. But Kenny, our service coordinator, was very kind and professional. He called me about every issue and made sure they were all fixed, no cost to us because it was all under warranty. Took no time at all to have the issues fixed. He even made sure to be with me for every service appointment to answer any questions. We had a dog wander into our garage on day 2 in the house. Very sweet but not ours. The shelter wouldn't take her because we are outside city limits. Kenny came and got her and found a place for her to go. When I say they took care of everything, that is probably an understatement. The whole Centex team is so kind and down to earth. No pressure selling, no issues getting hold of anyone...I still have Kenny and Don's cell numbers saved in my phone. And It's been 2 months...they still call to check on us. The experience with Centex was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was always ready to help and answer any questions. 10/10 recommend!

The process was painless, there were some bumps at the beginning of the process but centex-pulte were always willing to work something out. The field manager I was assigned (Daniel carpenter) goes above and beyond in terms of making sure every homeowner is taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and I’m really enjoying my house

The home is what the price

I had a very good experience with Centex from 0 to 100. The sales office was very helpful and responsive to our concerns . The builder maintained on time communications regarding progress of my house and site manager was very cooperative and helpful.

There’s some issues that I have shared with a project manager and sent in a request through Centex customer service and it has not been responded to

Like the home. Although my plants in the front are very dead from the snow fall. I wasn't moved in by that time so those plants should be replaced.

We have had a roller coaster of an experience, and I would not recommend Centex. We had a terrible project manager, Jackson, for almost the entirety of the build, who never contacted us, never gave us updates, didn't put in any service requests when we noticed broken windows in the home, they tiled the wrong floors, etc. It was a nightmare. When I had to contact our account manager to get him to even call me, he sounded like I was bothering him. Three weeks before close, they switched us to a new PM, Clay, who was fantastic. They told us the other guy left and knew he was on his way out and clearly wasn't doing much during the months he was our PM. Clay did everything to make sure we closed on time, and fixed all of this issues that were ignored in those 3 weeks. But we are still dealing with horrible issues from Jackson's lack of effort. Namely, our low voltage wiring was not supervised when put in, and the wires go all over our house. A doorbell issue turned into cutting walls all throughout our house and we're still waiting for it to be repaired. I now worry that any electrical is going to cause this again. The electrician who came to fix the issue almost laughed when he heard Jackson was the primary PM, because he has had to fix numerous issues like this but only with his houses. Also nails were sticking out into the walls near wires, which could cause a fire. The electrician removed them, but thats only in the 3 walls he cut into. Who knows if my house is on the verge of a fire from his lack of care about the build of people's homes, where safety should never be a concern, especially on a new house. I'm giving this a 3, because Clay we give a 5, Jackson a 0. I don't know if it was just the few of us who had Jackson who had a terrible experience. But it seems like Centex knew he wasn't doing a great job and should have removed him way sooner, because us homeowners are dealing with the consequences. ... More

Sales people were humble and knowledgeable of their products, did not feel the pressure to pay for upgrades or max out my budget when completing the purchase. The construction supervisor were some of the most attentive people and represent the company with pride, wish more builders would follow their way of doing business.

The thing I liked about this builder included the fact that the Hot water heater would be in the garage and the yard would include a sprinkler system.

I had a great experience aside from the stressful normal things. Everyone was very supportive and available. Quick to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. It really went as smooth as it could go considering the times that we are in.

The builder made the experience very pleasant with the way all the communication and timelines were presented. Post move in they still remained in contact and had visits to ensure that we were happy with the finished product.

just that were very professional and very informative. They made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I moved in my house. I was so lucky to have them to to represent you guys!!!
