Still waiting for appliances to be confirm of when delivery will be. Been in a home two months and still no confirmation

The builder has some great people working for them. You’re in good hands!

This is a great starter home but they do cheap out on materials. For instance, they use plastic nozzles and valves for the water line for fridge, washer/dryer, toilet shut off and under the sinks. So its more likely to wear and break easier. The workmanship on the baseboards and trims are questionable. Builder was very helpful in the beginning but also will just say things and not follow through. So that is frustrating.

Overall a great home but quality of material could be a bit better for the value being paid

The experience I had with my bind at home was quick and fast Jordan was very helpful and cousin the house sooner than I was expected. And Patrick was very helpful with all the details I need to be done and him pointing out things I need to be done help a lot. And Patrick up to this point has always stopped by and check see if everything was OK with the hous.

It was a great experience being a first time buyer. Our construction managers Darryl and Patrick were awesome!

My wife and I were very pleased with the build process with Centex. They clearly outlined the process and stuck to that plan. Throughout we verified their work with an independent inspector and were pleased with the confirmation of their good craftsmanship, especially compared to other local builders. Despite delays with materials and labor, Centex did a great job of keeping us within 2-3 weeks of the original timeline. At our final walkthrough, there were a number of minor issues that were identified and we were given a 1-business-week timeline for them to be repaired. Almost 45 days post closing, these still have not been repaired, while some additional issues were caused by subcontractors that were repairing an item. Both our construction manager and our customer care manager have not committed to addressing these issues. We love our house and was surprised at the space it provided. What I didn’t like was the uneven lawn. Don’t think the ground was lacked really good and the sod was not laid very good. Drive corner broken and splattered cement on garage floor.

We were kept up on the steps of the home building process, and any questions we had were answered.

Overall I had the best experience with Chris, the gentleman who completed my final inspection and went above and beyond in assisting me with minor issues/questions after receiving delivery of the home.

The process from initial was stressful, but at the end it was great.

Overall, it was a good buying experience and up to this point the core structure/ home appears good but as we have settled in we have notice a lot of little things that your eyes aren't drawn to during walk throughs. Additionally, we continually voiced concern about the lawn and didn't get it fixed before hand, I think they honestly used a terrible and cheap lawn provider who didn't do a good job. Overall, felt the price was too high but that's probably a sign of the market and times. They were able to offer a last minute discount but in my opinion it was still overpriced from there but every house we looked at during that time was the same. ... More

Buying and sales experience was very smooth and construction manager was keep updating us throughout process. But we close last month and we already have a huge underground leak costing us high water bill. Warranty is very slow to respond and after multiple emails and calling on emergency numbers finally they start taking this leak seriously. I hope it gets fixed anytime soon.

The builder was good as well, they need work on time management in case the house finish before scheduled time to help the buyer.

It was my first home buying experience. Though I was new to this, centex personnel has provided all the info and education regarding home buying. I suggest all the new buyers to trust centex in home buying.

Builder follow through left a lot to be desired.

Skylar, Mark, and Ani embodied the definition of responsiveness, punctuality and transparency. They were all easy to do business with. Brian on the other hand seemed quite untrained, unresponsive, and frankly misleading (talking in circles without it giving a straight answer specifically). Although I do not hold Brian accountable to his lack of training, that’s his management teams job. He is responsible for taking ownership of providing clear and concise data, which he did not do without a push every conversation. Overall, I would rate the entire experience a 4 out of 5 stars.

Happy with the home however very disappointed with the lawn, trees, bushed are already dying. Also brand new but a lot of cover ups. Kitchen floor scratched windows not working. Window Screen not on. front, back and garage door all have issues. already.

There are open areas in my roof line as I can see light from my attic asking my whole front entry walkway, when it is on. Very poor caulking job outside and especially above my tub. Along the floor as well they are not all clean lines and trim work has flaws. Very messy and ugly. Paint specs all over on my floor. Lumps under my carpeting, my garage door does not close all the way to the cement and the ground is not level with the garage door. Shotty concrete work under the brick by my garage. Random concrete in bricks that was slapped in after the fact and is a different color cement. Clumps of concrete on my sidewalk. Poor quality of material, i finded many unprofessional mistakes, not really satisfied,let see about the 10 years warranty!

Moved in my home for a month now. Have had electrical issues, plumbing problems, and hvac issues. To this day still waiting for the electrical issues to be resolved. Imagine buying a $400,000 and not having electricity for multiple days in master bathroom and bath. Being told it will be a few days before someone comes out. Even though you see the electrical company working down the street a few houses down on homes that aren’t complete. Imagine them finally coming and not fixing the issue, then having to reschedule again. 2 weeks of getting dressed in the dark. But no one has an answer. I have a lot to appreciate this company like the neighborhood and the house manager(Mark) are two of the main things I would like to appreciate Mark has really great responsive tendencies he is always there to help with issues and even if he can’t he always tries his best to satisfy customer and for that I would like to thank him. Something that left me with a sour taste in my mouth is the fact that after 30 of you moving in they are supposed to come to do a walk though in your house and that is a part of the contract but they never showed up. we I did I told them that when I moved in my grass in the back yard was not leveled and looked horrible but when I told them about it they kept telling me somebody will come to fix it and I would wait but no one would show it took me having to keep to call them every single day then when they did send someone the said that they didn’t have enough material to fix it and he never came back and now I’m stuck with this big backyard that is not leveled and honestly looks horrible. ... I expected better quality in materials, we recently had a water leak outside in the sprinkler system and they took over two weeks to fix it.
