It was a wonderful experience. My builder made sure I was involved in every step and I was updated weekly.

Customer service from the builder was great

Door was left unlocked upon moving the first day no keys or lock. Almost a month later I'm still dealing with non finished items from contractor. My salesperson didn't even double check the home prior to me moving in nor gave me neighborhood info until I asked.

Centex performed as they said they would. There were no delays. I would buy another Centex home! Sales person was easy to work with and honest!

The overall process was smooth and great, we received updates and communication was open. There is small issues we noticed after moving in that have yet to be resolved. We have not had anyone “checking” in on these issues.

seems like an average budget home. fence will need to be replaced and painting done. in 3 years I will need to make some financial investment to upgrade the limited quality of materials used.

Good experience, the office personnel were a little sketchy and oftentimes lied to me about submitting my paperwork but afterwards it was a better experience.
