Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

I will share my experience and highlight 2 categories. 1.) Customer Service; the overall customer service was excellent! The builder was attentive, responsive, and eager to work with me. 2.) Quality of craftsmanship: the job seemed rushed and it showed. There was paint splattered on the carpet, blotches of paint on doors, cracks on the driveway, and the crown on the kitchen shelves was loose. I put in a work request to have these and several other issues addressed before the one year warranty expires.

To me the house that was built was just average. They could have better builder grade for flooring and cabinets. Not every room has a ceiling fan connection. They should include in the basic package gutters and sod for back yard too.

They rush the house build and didn't address every issue my inspector caught. I keep seeing new things wrong everyday about the poor quality. The buying process was smooth and location is good.

Buying experience should have been exciting, sales rep was not really supportive through purchase, field manager was terrible at overseeing the workmanship was at the level of expectation set, quality of materials is not exceptabke for new built home!! Many issues with workmanship, you have unqualified workers such as painters , cabinet installers, trim carpenters floor installers !! Every issue has been passed off as a vendor issue, no one takes accountability !! Would never recommend Centex to my family and friends

Houses are built with hurry and because of this there are things left behind. Finishes left behind like doors not closing correctly or having gaps. Almost two months and I can hardly use my backyard because it does not drain correctly. They came to fix it and now is worse. The stairs handrail still waiting to be fixed. Low quality paint. Not happy with this purchase.

I’ve lived in the home for a month now and the home has issues first with the outside paint is peeling, downstairs tub has a big crack that is rusted I’ve tried to let the contractor know about the issues and have not heard back from them. Just dissatisfied overall!!!!

Pretty much everything in the house has an issue. The flooring, the AC, the front porch, the sprinkler, the garage door... I'm tired of asking them to come to fix these issues. For the price we paid, for the pain the mortgage company was; there should have been none!

I have purchased this property on 02/24. Since then I have reported 4 different issues. Ongoing issue with breaker circuit causing the AC to go off and home gets warm. Someone came and replaced the breaker but issue is still happening. Replaced microwave, dryer didn't work due to a cable /set up. There are some serious issues with my drainage in the master bathroom and it smells bad. Not happy with my "Dream Home Purchase". Too many issues too soon

I’ve had some good experiences and terrible with this company building my new home. I had my original sales guy not keep me informed on flooring changes but Trent took over and he did great. He explained things and really seamed to care. Devon the building manager was great at first but as soon as I signed my closing. He would say he would fix things that weren’t finished by closing and it would take him forever. I am still waiting on a shower rod for my guest room that was bent and dented since before my blue tape walk through still haven’t gotten it.

I have had to put a ticket in 4x in one month (2) tkts were due to my downstairs not heating up. I have had the ac/heating company come out twice the first one shut vents on my 2nd floor and did an air balance check and still it did not help. The second time they came out they opened up the vents upstairs and told me to run the fan while running the heater still no big change in the way my downstairs feels. It did take a little time to close, and at times the same paperwork that I was asked to submit was being asked to submit more than once either because Centex claimed they never received it or they needed it again. As for my reason to giving a 1 star on Responsiveness to issues is due to a couple of maintenance issues I have that was brought to their attention to 3 different people and I have yet to receive a callback, Email or anything on those maintenance issues that need to be fixed, going on week 4 now.

CONSISTENT AC ISSUES

This builder put too small of an AC unit on my home and we are having CONSTANT issues with it. The unit struggles just to keep the home at 75 degrees. Now we are having a lot of condensation and what appear to be mold either growing or about to start. They always send a tech out with Houck AC and they put a “bandaid” fix on it and tell me everything is running properly. Sure it’s running properly, but it’s too small for this home. WARRANTY REPAIRS

I have repeatedly had to request repairs on a sprinkler system that never worked right, broken heads, pipe busted in the ground leaking water, HUGE water bill, spoke with, emailed, wrote work orders 3X...and still NOT FIXED. I HAD TO PAY A $149 water bill this morning FOR JULY 15TH-AUGUST 15TH. The other orders, or complaints took forever to address as well. When we met before closing, we were assured that all items would be handled promptly. Someone keeps dropping the ball. It is hard to trust anyone at their word now.
